Do not stay here
The pictures are not accurate. My room was in between a police investigation. There was blood in the walls when we asked to change a room they told me they couldn’t do it. Roaches rats were in the room. This is the worst of the worst that I’ve ever been in. It was so bad. We just walked out. Told the person in the front desk. We could’ve stayed there no more they didn’t try to offer us any accommodation whatsoever.

The property was ran down, there was sightings of dead and live roaches in the bed. No elevators. Conditions were substandard, I wonder how Expedia could keep them on their list of recommendations. I made a complaint and a request to be compensated for room rate based on what the conditions of the rooms and no one called me back. In all my years of travel, these were the worst accommodations ever. Was misled by the false advertising of the site and pictures of the rooms. Awful. No where to hang your clothes…Glad it was only 1 night as our group was leaving next day on a cruise. This place will never be on my list again. The ratings from others are true. We had to switch hotels last minute due to storm damage at our prior hotel. This hotel was not worth the expensive price it listed. Buyer be aware!

The first room we were in was dirty the floors were wet there were dirty towels on the floor by the A/C and the room smells of smoke. We were given another room that was better but not much better.

This place is not fit for purpose and basically unsanitary. It should not be listed on Expedia. No manager on site, conveniently, when I tried to escalate my concerns on arrival. I have since escalated a formal complaint with Expedia and will be seeking a full refund for the cost of my stay.

Definitely the dirtiest stay I’ve ever had! Our room was not cleaned! Dirty bathroom that wasn’t wiped down, paint spills all over including the tub. Exterior door looked like it was broken into & not patched up which didn’t make us feel safe. Could see daylight all around the AC unit. Whole property needs a lift.

Stay was for 2 nights however only was able to stay one. First night the tv was broken and no phone to call anyone for help with that and the a/c. Second night got locked out of my room and had no staff on property to help nor did I have any way of calling. Had to sleep in my car and stayed off property as the are did not seem safe. Attempted to get a refund for even the one night but can’t since the property doesn’t have the courtesy of cooperating with agency. Now I’m out the money of a hotel I couldn’t even stay at.
