The property was in a super location but for 3 of the days the hotel had no water… which meant no flushing toilets, no showers, no hand washing, etc. We understood it wasn’t the hotels problem but rather a pipe on the street but, none the less, our stay was greatly impacted and no partial refund or any comps of meals or ??? Any offer would have been appreciated but we paid full price for a hotel without water for 3 of our 6 days… a bit disappointing!

This hotel is in a great location and is a perfect base when visiting. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived on the Friday and due to road construction there was no water in the hotel to shower or use the bathroom till 10.30am on Saturday morning. The hotel is on a busy road so I would bring ear plugs. There was house/techno music blaring till 2.30am below us which was quite disruptive. I had actually brought ear plugs and used them on Fri Eve and left them on the bed side table but housekeeping disposed of them so I was without Sat eve.

Great location, though the street noise stops at 0100 and restarts at 0430 thanks to the grocery store across the street and trucks making a racket with deliveries -- best to avoid -facing rooms if you love sleeping

The location is perfect - so close to parking garage, train and bus station, and everything Galway has to offer! It’s just a bit noisy being in the heart of the lively city!

Great hotel and great area. The hotel doesn’t have a parking but it’s a parking garage 2 minutes walking by. (Pay half price when hotel validates the parking ticket)

The property was immediately next to train station, it was so convenient. The staff was lovely and helpful when needed! It was walkable to everything and the breakfast was delicious, can’t wait to return!

We had a fantastic stay in Galway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was challenging and a bit of a walk, but if you understand the city, it was amazing that they could offer parking at such a reduced rate! If you want to be close to all the action with a tranquil room environment, this is the place to stay.

Very nice staff and cool spot for sightseeing
Nice hotel in a great spot for sightseeing. Just insulation is not the best when some party guests came back to their rooms at night it was super loud and also you could hear them in the morning with consequences of drinking. Hotel states it has a parking - it doesn’t. The Q park is super close but it’s not hotels parking so it is misleading.
