LOVED IT❤️
The pictures do not do justice. So when I booked, I really wasn't sold on the photos I saw but I really went off the reviews. And I'm happy I did. This is a gorgeous cottage on lots of land. It was plenty of space for our family. They also have a trampoline/tire swing outside which was so nice for my son. And they did have a toys and books for him too which was nice since there is no TV. They do have wifi though 😉 The cows came up right to the fence by the trampoline which was so nice so my son could experience it. We also got to pet the donkey by the hiking trail. We really enjoyed our trip and would stay again. If you plan of having camp fires, I suggest grabbing some wood before getting there. We did find a little in the woods but not enough and we didn't see anyone selling any in the area. Also,WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED the one tub that was made out the cattle watering barrel. Me and my two year old called it the cow bath haha . They do have a regular bathroom as well but we loved the other one. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Thank you again.

Best place ever!
This was the best place ever to stay. The house was so much larger than I anticipated. Large king bed in master suite and nice bed in second room. Third room had triple bunk beds which our grandson absolutely loved! Wide accessible doorways for my husband's scooter. Huge living/ kitchen/ dining area. I have never seen a property so fully stocked and equipped. There were plenty of bath & kitchen towels. Games, books, toys were abundantly supplied. There is even a wall my grandson was able to sign his name on. The host was very responsive to any questions I had both prior to and after arrival. The day before we arrived a severe storm had blown through the area and power was out. She called before we arrived to inform us and offered to refund the first night if the power was not restored by check in time. Thankfully, the power came on and she notified us that it was ok to check in. And, left us a homemade delicious Dixie crumb cake! If we are ever in the area again, we plan on staying there again!

A great place to rest
The pictures do not do justice to this rental, the living space and bedrooms were much bigger than I expected! The little decorative touches all over were so fun to look at. More than enough space for my family of five.

We loved our stay here! It was so clean and beds were so comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. Definitely a good getaway if you want to unplug and unwind with family.

This home is very accommodating with all the basic needs to care for a large family while visiting local attractions. The kiddos loved the creativity wall, books, games and large open living room that they could sit on the floor to play games and plenty of room outside for them to play. I loved large kitchen area that everyone and all 7 of us fit around the table. And washer/dryer that allowed me to rinse their swim suites and towels. Need to work remotely, no problem, the site has wi-fi and there's a high top table that can easily be moved to the master closet which worked great as a make-shift office away from the kids till they headed to the lake. (Bring an extension cord for the laptop.) The host is nice and quick with communication and kindly left homemade bread for us to enjoy. There is a Dollar General with-in reasonable drive. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Rustic Farmhouse Off the Beaten Path
Aunt Sharon's Farmhouse was the perfect spot for our family trip to the Mammoth Caves area. The area is quiet and rural. The home itself is simple yet rustic and beautiful. Our very courteous host left a pan of fresh-baked caramel cinnamon rolls (so delicious) for us as well. We would certainly consider this rental again in the future!
