Unique, very peaceful!
This is a great property with a lot of history. Everything was great, especially the restaurant. Great food at reasonable prices. My only complaint is that noise really echoes & cuts right through the doors. Every single time someone comes or goes, you definitely know it.

Nice Castle Hotel
This was a summer lodge for the emperor Wilhelm bought by a foundation and renovated into a hotel/conference venue. It felt special to stay in a castle. The rooms were quite new and clean. The grounds were large and nice to explore. We didn't tour the museum. Nice restaurant on site but we drove around the country side and ate at a town nearby. Breakfast was very good.

Nice old castle hotel. lots of character.
free parking with lots of spaces very nice grounds, clean, free internet The to suites are really cool and each floor has a smoking lounge unfortunately people were smoking like chimneys in their rooms and the lounges and it stunk out our room. Other than that, good value and would stay again. free breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. There was also a basket of free chocolate and fruit in the lobby as well as free water in room.

Our trip was for family and kids were excited about staying in the castle. We slept actually in the building adjacent to the castle but looking as stylish as a castle too. Room was nice and comfortable and food was perfect. Everything around the castle looks really nice and green and kids were very happy about it.

Sjovt sted men
Et anderledes sted, nu er det prøvet og kommer kommer ikke igen. Det var spindensvæv i alle krogene samt døde insekter. Selv om det lå i en lille landsby, havde de ikke plads til os i restauranten, så vi måtte lede efter et sted at spise. Slottet kunne man ikke se indenfor. Omgivelserne var fine.

Playmobil borg og flymad
Hotellet i sig selv er virkelig hyggeligt. Det ligner en lille ridderborg som man kender dem fra Playmobil, men så stopper hyggen nok også der… Området omkring hotellet er helt øde. Der ligger en smuk kirke lige overfor, men det er også det. Værelserne er enormt lytte, så du kan nemt følge med i hvad der foregår inde hos naboen og inde hos din partner på toilettet… Alt dette er ok for en enkelt overnatning, men hold dig for Guds skyld fra maden på hotellet - ikke at jeg ved hvor man ellers vil kunne finde noget i den tomme by. Forestil dig alt det mest usmagelige flymad du nogensinde har fået og se det så serveret samlet som en buffet. Det er nogenlunde den bedste beskrivelse jeg kan komme med. Det var tæt på uspiseligt… Til alt dette skal det siges at servicen var rigtig god - de søde piger i receptionen mødte os altid med et smil og et rigtig fint engelsk. Intet er dog så skidt, at det ikke er godt for noget, for vi har da haft noget at grine af resten af vores ferie… :D

Interessantes Jagdschloss mitten in der Natur
Ein sehr schönes Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Leider kann ich die Halbpension nicht empfehlen. Sonst aber ein tolles Hotel Mit einem bestimmten Flair. Zimmer passend zum Jagdschloss eingerichtet
