I was very happy with my recent stay at this property! First of all, I think it’s a beautiful building both outside and in the lobby. As far as the room, I had a king bed suite and felt that it was very clean, comfortable, and smelled great. The bathroom was perfect and extremely spacious with ample counter space for all of my belongings. The shower was also very large and I had no issues with water pressure or warmth. The staff from arrival to departure was superb and very kind. The property also has a stop across the street for the Old Trolley Tour. I’d also like to note, I liked that this hotel was more quiet than some of the others closer to the river (lots of kids partying on the weekend), so that was nice to return to in the evening. For amenities, I tried the complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was very good (custom omelettes and fresh pancakes), I just don’t think there’s a huge change in the variety of offerings day to day. My only complaint about the evening reception was that the drinks tasted watered down, but they are free at least. But I’d say the fact that that was my only “con” says something about how great my experience was because I had no serious issues at all. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Savannah.

Stay was perfect except the breakfast under staffed, running out of coffee, silverware was an issue not being available, plates, bowls and cups running out! Omlet station crowded but workers did their best. Workers seemed overwhelmed at times and not very friendly. Bartender at happy hour excellent, friendly and happy to serve us!

Embassy Suites is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Savannah. The suite we had was very spacious, comfortable and most importantly quiet. The hotel itself was lovely and in a perfect location and the staff were all incredibly nice.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of food. The swimming pool was out of commission, but we were not planning on swimming. Parking is expensive at $40 for evwry night.

Overall, our family of 5 really enjoyed our family vacation and stay here! I’m only mentioning experiences we had during our stay to make others aware. We were disappointed at first to hear the pool was closed for repairs during checking in to the hotel, but the weather during that week turned out to be chilly anyways so it all worked out. Parking for the hotel was pretty expensive in my opinion, but it seemed to be on par with other hotels downtown. Breakfast was good, but we learned quickly that you need to be down there early to have a place to sit and eat and also to have all the options as some breakfast items/food would run out (including silverware and drink glasses) if you waited too long. I also think maybe switching up menus and having different options on different days would be nice diversity. Again, overall we were pleased with the hotel. It is a beautiful building downtown and the complimentary evening happy hour is nice gesture that is very family friendly and a great way to meet other guests.

This was unlike other Embassy Stay. Not enough staff and it appeared the staff who were working were overwhelmed. Did not do room service one day at all. Everything appeared to be limited like breakfast items, cutlery, and even basic amenities like water. The only good is location. Again, this must be an older property rebranded to up charge customers. At least it felt like that. Probably won’t stay again due to lack of everything. Even the gym equipment were not operational. Sad.

Called the next morning and said that they would send someone. They came at 830am but mechanic/engineer said it would take a while to warm up.
