Overall the place was nice. My only cons are that the tub really needed to be resurfaced and that the valet is not connected to the hotel? Which was confusing because when I requested my truck and it didn’t come, the front desk could not assist me. Luckily it eventually showed up.

I did not like the fact that i did not have proper bed sheets. We did not have a comforter or top bed sheet. A blanket with sheets on both sides does not count in my book and it does not sleep right, with me!

Staff was nice and friendly, room was nice, but the toilet seat was broken and tub was clogged up with hair. Valet service for parking was good the first night but the second night was chaos!! I assume because it was a concert and they were short staff. Overall I give it a 3 stars, not really worth the price.

Disappointing…

Arrived for one night to attend concert. Parking across the street for an addition charge. Additional charge for WiFi. Unreal given the astronomical cost of the room. Room was average at best. Toilet paper holder almost fell off the wall. Floor laminate in bathroom buckling up. 2 lamps not working. No complimentary breakfast or coffee in lobby. Overpass cross walk smelled damp and was being dried out with multiple fans. Only plus was the convenience to concert venue. Definitely fell short of expectations.
