Very good hotel close to everything. I really recommend Plaza Hotel for a pleasure stay in Vale dos Vinhedos. The hotel is brand new and have all that you need.

o Hotel é novo e tem boa infraestrutura. Os quartos são limpos, porém bastante pequenos - em um casal com duas malas, não havia onde acomodá-las senão no chão. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos, porém, não há serviço de quarto a partir das 22h, nem o restaurante do hotel funciona. Vale mencionar que há uma excelente loja de vinhos - Tanoeiro - e ótimo restaurante - do Vale - no complexo do hotel

Hotel novo e com boa estrutura. O apartamento não é grande, mas a rouparia é muito nova e de qualidade, bem como os travesseiros. Estava muito frio e quando chegamos no quarto o ar condicionado estava ligado deixando-o o ambiente muito confortável. Ducha forte e quente, apesar de no dia da saída termos tido problema com a água quente. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com produtos sem glúten e lactose. No mesmo complexo do hotel tem um Wine bar e um restaurante que vale a pena conhecer.

Ficamos 3 dias. O quarto é novo, limpo mas pequeno. Época fria e por duas vezes o banho não estava na temperatura adequada. Funcionários com pouca experiência em hotelaria, empreendimento é novo. Fiz check in prévio a pedido do hotel. Chegamos e precisamos refazer toda a burocracia.

Chuveiro frio
Pegamos dias muito frios e a água do chuveiro estava morna pela manhã. Quando reclamei, no primeiro dia, fui informada pela atendente que o problema já havia sido resolvido. Porém no dia seguinte tive que tomar outro banho “frio”. Outro ponto negativo é que o hotel não dispõe de alimentação, apenas um restaurante em frente que já estava fechado as 23h de sexta feira. Se for se hospedar garanta lanchinhos antes, pq o hotel não oferece opções de lanche/janta, nem se quer uma barra de cereal no quarto. Fora isso o hotel é novo, com uma estrutura legal e confortável. Gostei da acústica do quarto, com camas e travesseiros confortaveis.
