The check-in, valet and Rye staff were wonderful.
I wish Marriott had airport service, especially since it costs well over $50 to Uber out of and back to airport.
Also wish Marriott had room service. Especially on weekends where there were hundreds in streets for festival, making travel in and out of hotel somewhat difficult and walking alone maybe not so safe at night. (especially with a mobility issue). Weather made walking to several of the restaurants further down the street, inadvisable. So again - room service was missed. Rye was ok for breakfast buffet. Rye food staff was very friendly.
The accessible room I requested was great - the shower setup was safe and the grab bars solid. Plenty of room to navigate if using a wheel chair. The bed was ok, but not super comfortable, in that it felt very soft on the side I slept on to the point of being hard - but the pillows were great. Closet held full size iron and mini ironing board. Hangers allowed for half hanging garmets, but dresses had to be hung using 2 hangers to keep from floor.
Travel Size Toiletry offering was bars of soap and a body lotion. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash was attached in Shower.
TV was alittle strange - several times, did not seem to be showing what the guide indicated (showtime channels).
