Nice hotel, close to all city amenities. Beautiful Christmas decor. Minor issues with toilet and valet but good stay overall. WiFi never worked in my room despite going to the main desk twice. Unfortunate when I was working.

The service at Zoe's was painfully slow. Having to wait 50 minutes to be served two cocktails was not reasonable. After noticing a couple, who arrived after we did, get theirs first prompted me to call on the waiter for a second time. He apologized and said he will make the drinks himself. As well...waiting almost a hour for valet parking at the end of our stay was not reasonable. This is a spectacular looking Chateau unfortunately service did not reflect the cost.

Front entryway cold, not enough staff, luggage section (waiting to go to rooms) left unattended very periods of time. Long check-in or concierge line. Theses counters are so small compared to the size of the hotel and number of rooms! Positives: our room cleaning attendant was very nice and cheerful, and also brought our forgotten pillow to the Lost and Found. Thank you to her!!
