We enjoyed our stay again at Chateau Laurier. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional and polite. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Appreciate the season touches in the lobby with the Christmas trees.

While the location and history of the building are amazing, the value for the money is not there. The room is very small and outdated, their was mold in the bathroom and hair from another guest. The room was very warm and no way of changing the temperature. Breakfast and valet is extremely expensive.

The Christmas trees in the lobby were outstanding our room was very clean and pretty large. We will definitely be going back to the chateau Laurier in Ottawa on another trip.

Everything was excellent, but the most impressive was the staff! Darryl at the front desk, and Prince from the Valet service were extremely friendly, and helpful. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the amenities fantastic, we hope to return soon!
