Every staff member is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and classically charming. The bed was very comfortable too. Zoe’s offered good service and food. I think they would benefit from a larger dinner menu though. Great stay!

Such a beautiful hotel with a perfect location. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious .Reasons for not giving a 5 star review - the fee for wifi was $15.95 /day; no availability for late night room service despite it being offered (were told they were out of every item on the menu) Overall we would recommend and will be back ! Hope to meet Stewart next time 🐾

Sadly a disappointing stay. I was able to very clearly hear the 2 people in the room next to me talking, followed by snoring. Pool was out of service and the room was tiny and finishes were very dated

Grand railway hotel next to Canadian parliament buildings. Nicely maintained with excellent staff. Clean. Walking distance to shopping centre and attractions. The bar is beautiful! A truly upscale experience.
