It was an awesome experience, customer service was great, hotel was great, everything there was amazing. Great location walking distance to so many things! Just careful with the valet parking the staff was amazing however its busy we waited quite a bit for our vehicle. They took care of my valet bill however so at least they understood. One of the best hotels ive stayed at!

I was on room 336. It had a weird smell like pi from a dog next to one of the beds. The bathroom was not clean and the shower wall had mold. I paid too much for a “Parlament View”, but it was a small window facing practically the street and I needed to put my face on the dirty glass to see a little bit of the parliament. I have been more than 20 times in Ottawa, and for less expensive prices I had better rooms, and service.

A lovely exterior and lobby with incredibly friendly staff, however there was hardly any drinking/filtered water in the rooms, and it was easier to just buy them rather than request it from the hotel. The mattress and pillow quality was terrible. Location is highly convenient and overall not the worst experience but also below expectations.
