Road noises are a problem along with room to room. Don’t think if you book riverside view will minimize this since you experience both sides roadside is your entry point and riverside is your balcolony. Now with this this hotel was clean with great staff and great value for your money just wanted to be honest for all of you out there

Really tight use of a small piece of property. Small but usable balconies and bathrooms. Nice view right on the water. Pretty decent breakfast for free. Super hot pool almost on the level of a hot tub. Firepit, lots of parking, I'd stay again.

Room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff cleaned my room every day during my stay. The breakfast was great. Biscuits,gravy, eggs, sausage and bacon. Waffles, cereal, muffins, coffee,milk and juice. All staff I encountered was very helpful, professional and friendly. Doesn't matter how old the hotel is, cleanliness, caring staff, I definitely will stay there anytime I visit Gatlinburg.

The view of the river is great, hotel needs some updates. Staff this time around NOT very friendly and they don't answer the front desk phone (tried 3X) parking is very tight and the indoor pool area needs a deep cleaning, would not use in current condition!
