Great Gatlinburg experience

The condo was in a great location for exploring all over Gatlinburg. Easy walking distance to lots of fun things or to the trolley stop. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nicely updated and the condo had everything we needed for our 5 night stay.

Walking distance to everything

This property was nice and clean. It’s close to downtown, you can literally walk everywhere. Which is good because traffic in downtown is hectic. The place overall had all the amenities. Towels for showering, including soap and shampoo. It’s a great place for a weekend stay.

Updated condo within walking distance to all of the Gatlinburg attractions! The huge porch with rocking chairs was perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. Spacious unit with good amenities!

Quick Trip to Gatlinburg

We were just in Gatlinburg for a full day so wanted to try staying in town this time (normally we do a cabin in the mountains). This property has a great location! Most of the time we spent looking out the windows at all of the traffic flooding into the city from multiple directions. When we weren’t looking at everyone stuck in traffic, we were walking from the condo into town. Didn’t have to worry with parking fees or fighting the traffic! Great location and enjoyed our time. Owner was communicative in welcoming us, didn’t have any issues during the stay so didn’t have an opportunity to stay in touch other than initial check in. Some updates have recently been done to the unit to bring it up to date. If additional updates will be done, I’d suggest updating the tubs to showers with a sliding door. Overall, enjoyed our short stay and wished we had longer in town!

Nice Treat

The condo was clean and convenient for walking to downtown Gatlinburg. The treat for us was watching a momma bear and her cub in a tree close to our balcony. People walked right past them and the bears just watched. We would stay here again when visiting Gatlinburg.

Perfect location

If you are looking for a great little condo look no further. We came for a family wedding and wanted to stay in downtime Gatlinburg. This condo was perfect! It is in walking distance of downtown. The unit itself was clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again

Great Stay in Gatlinburg!

This is a great property with some recent upgrades and in a perfect location in Downtown Gatlinburg. The walk into downtown takes less than 5 minutes. The view is very good from the deck, although it does not face downtown or the park directly. Very easy check in and check out and no issues during our stay. The parking was great during the week, with less spots available on the weekend. The pool and hot tub were not busy and were well maintained.

Excellent Gatlinburg Condo Choice

Nice complex w/ pool and hot tub. Condo was extremely comfortable and clean with everything you need. Nice view from furnished balcony for morning coffee or evening cocktails. About one block walk to the strip. Had bear encounters right on the condo property. Spendid stay and would book again!

Family road trip to Gatlinburg

My family of 4 stayed at this property the last week of June 2022. Very clean and just a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The kitchen is on the smaller side but we didn’t need anything bigger for breakfasts and lunches. The balcony is really nice. It has 3 rocking chairs and small table and chairs. Great spot for enjoying your morning coffee!

Great location, property could be better

This condo was in a great location! We could walk to downtown Gatlinburg and not have to pay $20 for parking and deal with the crazy traffic. The kitchen was super small and fine if you are just eating breakfast there but we had planned to make dinners there and there was absolutely no counter space. And no space for the food that we brought. But we made it work and that definitely wouldn’t keep me from staying there again. The thing that is going to keep me from staying again was how uncomfortable the sheets and pillowcases were. They literally scratched our skin. I put a towel over my pillowcase because it was softer on my face. Please invest in some nicer sheets. It’s worth the money! Also, one last negative was that the rooms were so small and the furniture in them was so large that there was nowhere to put the pack-n-play that we brought for the little one.

Motel 6 with a Kitchen

This was not our first choice. It is a very small condo (I would only recommend 4 people at most). The unit is little dated looking but not bad. The kitchen walking area is 3’ x 8’ (very cramped). There weren’t any cookie / baking sheets (there was a broiler pan) so we had to go out and buy one. There was no dish soap. The paper towel roll they provided under the sink but was ruined before we even got there (it was soaking wet- not sure if there was a leak or what). The skillet was rather small. kitchen is missing a lot of basic utensils (e.g., measuring spoons, blender, etc). The master bedroom was sufficiently large, but the master bath was VERY small (was difficult to even shut the door after you got inside). The living room/dining room did not have enough seating. The living room needs one more chair. The dining area needs a larger table and more chairs but that would be impossible given the area (there are three seats). There was only one remote for both bedrooms and it didn’t work right. We sent a msg (they came out and confirmed the remote wasn’t working but didn’t bring another one) and we didn’t get new remotes at all! So we had one TV the whole time, kids are not happy. Feet got black from walking on floor. The longer we were there the more obvious how dirty it was. The towel we put down by the shower to step on were black on the opposite side by day 2. They need to get a different cleaning crew. The bed skirt’s haven’t been changed for months based on the stains. Definitely wouldn’t want to bring a black light in, hard telling what you would see. None of the beds were comfortable, you could actually feel the springs thru the mattress. I actually think the hide-a-bed may have been the most comfortable. I would say this is equivalent to a Motel 6 but with a small kitchen that costs similar to a resort.
