The place was pretty run down, the room wasn't very updated, the carpet was old and dirty. One od the staff members were very nice, but no name badges so don't know her name. The breakfast room was dirty ans the breakfast was cold and not very good at all.

The staff is wonderful!!! If not for them this hotel would not do well. It was clean, comfortable bed, great location. The downside. Fireplace didn’t work needs a tech to fix it, when you need something (like towels/washcloths, our room didn’t have any) you need to get them yourself after a certain time. Not bad for a 1 night stay, but not worth the price. The staff does a good job with what they have to work with. Upper management needs to do a better job equipping local management & staff to be able to do their jobs on site.

They have construction going on at Hotel. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and one for my daughter. At 7am they started taking down a stairwell with me under it and my daughter above it.. with a Jackhammer.. im so outraged 😠. My wife recorded ot with sound. Ill be filling a formal complaint
