This is our 2nd time staying here. Location is GREAT! Walkable to everything in Gatlinburg. Staff is wonderful! Rooms are clean & offers a nice free hot breakfast!

There was Roaches in the bathroom and there was a really bad smell in the room when we checked in. Luckily we had some febreeze. The second night wasn’t bad as the hotel staff cleaned the room really nice. Our third night was terrible as we found roaches in the bathroom while my fiancé was in the shower. Then another behind the toilet. We got out of there as fast as possible. Was very dissatisfied with this experience.

The room was clean and even thought they said maid service was every other day, she came in and replaced our towels and made the bed daily. The jets in the big tub did not work. It does needs some upgrades but overall it was good. Would stay here again.
