The room was not worth $200 per night. The cleaning people made a lot of noise outside the room pretty early in the morning. The room itself was clean but the rest of the property was kind of seedy looking.

Location was great! The beds were very firm. Cleanliness was okay. Could’ve been better. You can hear everything that goes on outside your room. Again, the location made it a good stay. We were able to walk everywhere avoiding having to pay for parking.

Staff were very helpful and polite. The room was very clean. The only issue hotel advertised no pets. There was a very large dog a few rooms down that barked loud and disturbed our peace. He was outside the room unattended by his owners. When he barked when someone tried to pass the owner called him in thd room.

The lobby reeked of marijuana. The next morning at breakfast we found a bug in the bacon pan. There was too many hands (kids) picking through the breakfast. The room above us had an animal that would start first thing in the morning (early) rolling a ball of some type of object across the floor. After telling us that room service was only at request, they entered our room anyway. There was not a Do Not Disturb plaque available for us to hang on the door.

Room quality, carpet in need of replacement, stepped on exposed nails. Tube/shower faucet leaked constantly . Based on advertisements and online pictures there were deception in appearance. The ceiling had water stains and the walls had excess chipped paint. Some of the light fixtures did not work, and the TV internet was weak, unable to watch a show without it freezing multiple times.

El hotel está muy céntrico , las habitaciones están cómodas y limpias la única recomendación para el personal es estar más pendientes a los artículos de aseo personal que tienen que dejar en la habitación y fregar bien las cafeteras la nuestra estaba súper sucia y no la usamos , pero de forma general la estancia fue muy agradable
