Worth the money
The Inn is a bit dated, but in decent condition. We rented a room with a hot tub included. Upon entering, we were hit with a fresh clean smell. No mildew or mold at all. Overall, everything is in good condition, breakfast was standard, parking decent, staff friendly. Will be staying here again.

Excellent hotel. Good quiet location and we appreciate the no pets because of our allergies. Room had excellent bedding was very spacious and had dual bathroom sinks. The staff was very friendly and professional parking is easy and free. We will definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ONE THAN ONE VEHICLE! Expedia does not explain this on their “parking” for the property amenities. You are only allowed one vehicle per room. We had to find overnight parking for one vehicle which was much further down along a river on the side of the road. There was plenty of parking but the staff wouldn’t even let us keep it there and it was only for one night. I would have never booked this hotel had I known that was their policy up front. They tried to say that it was sent in an email, that I still have never seen. It should be stated up front when the reservation is made.

It is a little older facility, but it is very clean, staff is very helpful and friendly. They also offer a wonderful breakfast at no extra charge. I would recommend.

We walked to everything on our trip, never had to use our car. Love how the hotel wasnt far from anything. The bed could have been a little more comfortable. The room was absolutely awesome with a loft!

We last minute booked and for the price was worth it. Bed appeared to be new but very firm and super small pillows Room was very clean. The free breakfast is good if you do banana or waffle. Don’t drink the coffee … we drive down to McDonald’s for coffee

We had car trouble and tried to cancel our stay but they wouldn’t budge on it which I was not happy about. It could not be helped and a little consideration for unexpected issues from your customers would be great! But rather than loose our money we found a way to Gatlinburg and stayed. The hotel and staff were good…clean and comfortable.
