Perfect vacation home

My family’s first visit to the Smoky Mountains and this cabin was perfect! Its location was easy to get to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Very cozy and homey.

Lock your doors :)

This was my first time in Tennesee and It did not take us long to understand why this cabin is called the 3 bears. We arrived and was so in awe of how beautiful the cabin is like LITERALLY the pictures does it no justice. So please lock your car doors. While we were in the middle of unpacking the car. A bear got into our car that quick. So please make sure you lock your doors. The cabin was amazing we saw bears everyday. The driveway is very steep so it is scary getting up and down it the first couple of times. The hot tub was amazing. The game room was amazing. Plenty of games. The patio area was also one of our favorites. We did have trouble with phone service but its to be expected seeing we are in the mountains but with the internet service it was no big deal. I can not speak on experience with communication with property owner as we never had to contact them because everything was as described if not better. I would highly recommend staying here. I stayed with my parents and my two kids aged 12 and 3 and we all loved it. Nice and cozy. Again the pictures does this property no justice very glad we stayed.

Fabulous getaway

We had a lovely stay at this amazing cabin. Everything was as pictured and described. Very clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool table /game room and hot tub. We wanted to stay for longer, so we'll definitely be back to stay here again.

Great location, steep driveway

The was a great location for our first full week family vacation, with our 5 year old. Overall, the place was clean,with a few areas that needed dusting. The game room is stocked with board and card games, puzzles, a pool table, a new arcade game. The hot tub and porch swing were perfect. There are 3 community pools. The South community pool is just down the hill, but still safest to drive rather than walk. The pool was great fun, but on the cooler side. Be sure to follow bear safety, we saw 3 bears within the neighborhood in June. The driveway is very steep and difficult to make a right turn into from the road, so we had to drive to the next house over to turn around and come in from the other side.

Electricity Issues

The property was very cozy and nice. The floors were pretty gross and it seems they need a new a new vacuum. The electricity was glitching on and off our whole stay but it seems there was a down tree on the power lines. The driveway was extremely scary.

This cabin was very charming and screamed “ Smokey Mountains “! We loved the authentic decorations and particularly enjoyed all if the Native American decor. Very cozy and perfect for our little family! The driveway was really scary at first, but we got used to it and was no problem. We would love to stay here again! The Walkers

Our stay was perfect. The cabin was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, many games, pool and relaxing on the porch. During our stay we saw bears everyday! The location was convenient to both downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Just one thing...

Everything was wonderful except for the animals mounted on the wall. I prefer to watch them running free and not used for ornaments!!! That being said, a shout out to the to the cleaning service. Wonderful job!!!

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at! Clean and comfortable!

We have stayed at several rentals and this was perfect for our family. They had all the dishes and cooking utensils we could need. Everything worked and was exceptionally clean. Do not let the old furniture fool you. Our kids had a blast! We looked at several locations between here and Pigeon Forge. If you are looking for spectacular views of the mountains from the hot tub - this is it. You are minutes from the strip. Every light switch and cabinet was labeled and the host clearly knows how to make it easy for the guests. This location was perfect for a private stay and we would definitely go again. That being said - the only thing to watch out for is going up the driveway when you pull in. It is a little steep. It took a little practice. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was nice, and we enjoyed the pool table. The driveway is terrible to say the least. Also, not sure why anyone would be charged extra for having to clean because this cabin has not been thoroughly cleaned in months. The living room couch should have been replaced months ago as you can tell it is broken. This cabin has so much potential if it was properly maintained.

Perfect in every way!

This was the perfect getaway for our small family. The location is perfect-away from the busyness of the city but minutes away from all the action if you want it. The house is comfy and cozy (and clean) and provided all (and more) that we needed. It was our first visit to Gatlinburg and we made great memories.

Revived

Beautiful property and Home. Very relaxing atmosphere and surroundings. Everything worked well within the house, driveway not so much. Because of angle you can only enter from one direction not to mention steep but low gear and the intersection provided a turn around. Water pressure could be better. All in all a very good time was had. Thank you very much!
