Ok for what we paid
Location was great, room was simple and clean and staff was very nice throughout our 3 day stay. Fire alarms went off for about an hr on our first night at 2am which was miserable and they couldn’t get the to stop only kept saying no emergency and sorry. Also shower water kept going from hot to Luke warm then back to hot which was not fun seeing it was 20degree and a nice hot shower was all we wanted when we got back to the hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. The place was very clean and the staff was super friendly. The elevator was very slow and always full. That’s about the only complaint I have. The location is awesome. Short walk to every thing. I would stay here again

Hot tubs full of kids until closing
I would not recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway. We booked the hotel because of the hot tubs. Our plan was to go have dinner, shop and do the tasting and walk back to enjoy the hot tubs. We got back around 1030. Went to the hot tubs and there were at least 15 kids in and out of the hot tubs. There were two other young couples, one got in the hot tub for less than five minutes and got out aggravated. The other couple didn’t even get in the hot tub. They chose to get in the freezing pool and the kids ended up jumping into the pool and then getting back in the hot tubs and splash that couple and they left. The kids were going under bumping into us trying to swim in the hot tub. It was definitely not regulated. I would recommend having adults only time after a certain point so that individuals that are actually paying to be there could utilize the hot tubs in a relaxing manner, which is the purpose of a hot tub, can do so.
