The room was great, Although it several minutes for the water to get hot almost thought there was no hot water. Breakfast was supposed to be included and it was just muffins and coffee. Staff was great and room spotless. The fire pit is an exceptional plus.... loved it

Have stayed here many times no issues… the room we had was under renovation. While the renovations looked like they would be amazing it wasn’t safe in current condition. The balcony railing was not attached to the wall outside on the top edges as they had painted very scary….. luckily I didn’t lean on it. Also scrapped up the bottoms of my foot good as the tile they put in although beautiful it was not even close to even with carpet as you walk into the bathroom area. There was a metal strip pit on the gap but there was still a big enough gap to cut up my foot a bit so had to be ver careful

We had a clean newly renovated room with a comfortable king bed. The staff was friendly and were available 24 hours. This location is within easy walking distance to all that Gatlinburg has to offer. They no longer offer a free breakfast, but there are so many wonderful breakfast restaurants in Gatlinburg why would you want a motel meal. We would stay here again.
