As Ive already reached out to Wyndham I've requested a refund as the hotel stay was not good at all. Check in was bad lady was rude. There was a cockroach crawling near the fridge. During the middle of the night like 3-4am there were men having loud conversations that echoed through the halls as we had brought our dogs with us of course this made them bark constantly so we got no sleep. We also walked pasted several either guests or workers (?) constantly smoking cigarettes so our clothes smelled awful we are so sensitive to cigarette smoke and the paperwork said it was a non smoking hotel. Absolutely no where to walk your dog unless you count a small corner of dirt. They did have poop bags which was nice but the bin was overflowing with used bags. The free breakfast was sad and small so constantly running low on food or out. I really want a refund as this is not the experience I was hoping for. The only positive I have about this hotel was the location it was smack in the middle of Gatlinburg downtown so you can just walk around and look at all the fun activities and stores and that's not even related to the hotel.

Searching for snow

Had a great stay with the family. Check in was quick and staff was helpful. Room was as described. Room was clean and spacious. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Location was great for walking the Parkway. Best part was getting snow!

I liked that it was right in the center of Gatlinburg. The parking was always full and sometimes not convenient. The pool area was freezing. The elevator was scary. But otherwise I enjoyed the stay there.

Within 10 minutes of getting in our room I saw 2 large roaches. 1 went down the shower drain, the other I caught & took to the office. They gave us another room ( 1/2 the size we paid for. Sink vanity very small and trim coming off. The water was dripping and couldn’t be turned off. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Chain was off. We fixed that. Carper was dirty. No fest, only 1 chair in room with broken back. Nothing fixed. No money discount offered. We went through Expedia & not the hotel so we were stuck for the whole 3 nights. Worse experience ever. No more bookings through a third party.

The room was not ready at checkin time. The lady said she would call me when it was ready but she never did. We were placed on A building which has no elevator and we are both older and had to carry all our things up steep stairs. The room had a painted tub that couldn't be plugged. The beds were nice but sheets would not stay on. Price was decent.

The location is the only thing decent about this hotel as far as walking ability to downtown attractions. The property is falling apart and the staff is doing bare minimum at best. Marketed as pet friendly, yet there was not a single patch of grass or area for them. The grounds and elevators are disgusting. Equivalent to the lowest end motel you could imagine. Even at budget pricing, it’s not worth it. If I hadn’t required a pet accommodation, there’s no way I would stay here… and next time I will drive the extra distance to pigeon forge to stay.
