Very pleased with our stay
It was a last minute trip, and everything was great. Check in was fast and easy, and she was super nice. Housekeeping service was great. Convenient to town,and the price was great. My only thing was I wished the water was a bit hotter for a shower, but it wasnt a deal breaker.We are already planning a trip back to stay for the holidays, and will stay again!

The property was clean and the staff did a good job. The problem is that the rooms are not sound proof. The people that satyed in the room beside us were so loud. there is no sound barrier between the rooms. It sounded like the people next door were in the same room with us. I could hear every word they said and I could even hear somone snoring during the night. They came in and out all during the night and kept waking us up. I have stayed in many places and never been able to hear anything from the rooms around us. This was totaly ridiculous!.

The bathrooms were modern and clean the only bad thing was that the toilet was clogged when we arrived. The people at the guest service counter were not fluent in English and it was hard to make them understand the situation with our clogged toilet.

We stay here many times a year. The price is always good and the stay as well. It's newly renovated and looks nice..however, they did away with breakfast a few years ago and apparently have no plans to bring it back. How sad.

Location is older but decent. It would have been nice if they would have kept the pool open after labor day, being it was 90* the whole time we were in town. If you're looking for bears, this is the place to stay! I would stay here again.

Truly enjoyed this hotel. This hotel is conveniently located by activities, shopping, and restaurants. Upon walk in elevators were immediately to the left. This hotel really surprised me. Its clean, very big, and a great country home feeling. They really try to make consumers happy with their stay. Absolutely loved the waterfall pool area with nightly movie night and fresh popcorn. They also have a jacuzzi and firepit. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and is located to right upon walk in. They have a complete dining area and boast a large variety of food options. I had a great view of the sunrise and the rooms were clean and spacious. The front staff us friendly and nice. I think thats what we all look for regardless if your traveling alone or with family. Clean hotel and friendly staff. This place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!

The property was ok. Lack of Handicap parking. The room was clean but when we went in to the Bathroom there was black mold behind the door baseboard. Over all the place was just ok.
