Roosevelt Lodge is named after President Franklin Roosevelt who stood at the Rockefeller Monument in September 1940 and dedicated the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for the enjoyment of the people. When we began renovating Roosevelt Lodge, we kept those words in mind, and it has truly become a place dedicated to the relaxation and enjoyment of the people.
Roosevelt Lodge offers a certain uniqueness that your not likely to find in other large cabins. Instead of stepping out the door onto asphalt, you'll step out onto a lush stone walkway, and instead of being contained to the cabin, you'll be within a few hundred feet of a National Park. Simply put, Roosevelt Lodge is not your average cabin.
Just twenty minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, Roosevelt Lodge is perfect for family reunions, small weddings, and corporate retreats. With seven sprawling bedrooms, several sleeper sofas and bunk beds, and nine and a half bathrooms, the Lodge will comfortably sleep up to thirty-four people.
