We loved everything about the hotel, especially the retro feel of the rooms and common areas. It was central in town, near everything and walkable. The only complaint was the water pressure of the shower was weak. We would have also liked a refrigerator in the room, but we had a cooler and there was ice. The breakfast was superb, the woman in charge of the breakfast area was freindly, informative and made delicious homemade breads. Loved the front porch, the fireplaces and gathering areas. If we travel there again, we will stay here!

The entire hotel smells extremely musty, especially the hallways and rooms. We absolutely loved the location of the inn, but until they make serious and considerable upgrades to the facility, we won’t plan to return. The staff was wonderfully kind and helpful, and they provided an excellent continental breakfast each morning.

It was fantastic and a perfect location for shopping. Breakfast was amazing and staff was like family! If I had any complaints, would be the tv in my room needed updated was not a sharp picture. Parking was limited. But overall I give them a 4 star for sure.

Very pleased with this Inn! Older rooms, and smaller. Room very quiet! Great location. Don’t have to move the car and fight the madness of Gatlinburg traffic. Great stay!

The staff were all so friendly. The breakfast was better than any hotel breakfast I've ever had. The rooms were vintage but very clean. My one single complaint is that there is no mini fridge in the rooms, but the location, service, and rooms more than make up for it. I'll definitely try getting a room here again next time I come to Gatlinburg.

I have contacted Expedia about the property and waiting for a resolution. Firstly, the balcony view outside my room consists of walls, air conditioning units and a disgusting construction sight. I have emailed many pictures to Expedia for their review and support. Gutsy that this Inn thinks that it can charge their guests over $200 a night for this kind of room which has a horrible balcony view and everything is old and needs major updating. The front desk keeps telling me that they have no other rooms. I’m here with my granddaughter and I’m an older woman who this Inn is taken advantage because I didn’t want to make a big deal in front of my 7 year old granddaughter. I’m requesting a full refund.
