Our family of 10 adults spent 5 days at the cabin. With 5 bedrooms, we had plenty of space for everyone. The cabin is better than pictured and has everything needed to have wonderful and comfortable vacation. The owners thoughtfully supplied their home and provided very clear and prompt communication throughout our trip.Highly recommend.

You call this a "cabin"!? Wow!
Great experience! The "cabin" (three floors, 5 bdrms, 3 baths, game room, huge deck, etc, etc was outstanding in every way. It was beautiful, immaculate, well-appointed, warm & inviting, just secluded enough, quiet, peaceful, fully stocked, and more. It was a perfectly located base for visiting upper Michigan and for the many things to see and do within a 60-mile radius of Gaylord. I can't imagine anyone being anything but excited about staying in this cabin.

Gorgeous and comfortable home. Lots of space inside and out for the kids to run around and discover nature. Home offers the choice of relaxing on the beautiful deck, around the fire pit, at the private lake, at the large family table to play games or on the comfortable sofa. Highly recommend a day trip to Mackinac Island – less then an hour’s drive away and a must see and do.

Wilderness Lodge in Northern Michigan
What a beautiful house in a wonderful area! Our family (husband, wife, two kids, spouses, two grand daughters) had the opportunity to stay in this home. Everyone had their own floor and a bathroom on each of the three floors. A big kitchen and dining area made meal prep a breeze. We grilled on the charcoal grill outside and enjoyed a bonfire a couple of evenings. The house was very well stocked with whatever we might need. A washer and dryer are on the lower level and helped when the grands needed more clean clothes. We hiked Deadman's Hill one day and went to Aspen park for a nice walk and visited the elk herd in downtown Gaylord. The guys golfed at Deer Run at the Lakes of the North complex which is just a couple of miles on Mancelona Road. We enjoyed putt putt golfing next to Call of the Wild Museum. We spent a couple of afternoons at Otsego State Park day area. The lake is a nice sandy bottom, shallow a long way out and the grands enjoyed building sand castles. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We look forward to coming back some time in the future.

Wonderful home and well-stocked with everything you’d need. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that all of the necessities and then some were provided. The only negative is that there was no cell service until you drove a few miles.

Very nice property with lots of room for the whole family! Nice yard and beautiful porch to enjoy the outdoors. Plenty of indoor games to keep everyone busy. Close to Bellaire (Shorts), Charlevoix, Traverse and Petoskey for day trips. Nice small private lake for a swim just a few miles away. We had a wonderful week of family time! WiFi was available, we just weren't able to make cell phone calls unless we went to the end of the driveway.

Great Property for time away with family!
We enjoyed the "back woods" feel of this property. It was clean and thoughtfully stocked with the renter in mind. There were lots of games;' board and virtual as well as game machine and wii with large TV's to play games on or watch together. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms had extra toiletries and were nicely kept. We cooked all our meals together and even enjoyed the charcoal grill. The deck, large porch and backyard are a wonderful oasis. There is a fantastic little beach near by that is part of the rental with sand toys, chairs, picnic tables, and swings. It has a sandy beach and our adult kids loved playing can jam together there and floating on the water with 3 loons always near by. We used the fire pit and enjoyed the memories made there. Town is 20 min. away and has all the stores and restaurants you could want. We found a wonderful park to play pickle ball, walk, mountain bike and run at in town called Aspen Park and there are also Elk to view there. We would highly recommend this park for families who want a beautiful time away in the woods with paved paths. We also enjoyed floating at Wah Wah Soo County park. There is no longer a beach there but there is a nice, sandy place to leave towels with a bench. Communication with the owner was efficient and pleasant. All and all we had a wonderful vacation with 11 adults and 2 babies. We would highly recommend this property if you want a get-away from internet and the rush of life or just a nice place to relax away from covid concerns!

Quiet, relaxing and out of way!
Awesome week out in woods in this big cabin, just perfect. 1st part of week spent with friends and card playing. Hit a couple winerys and breweries. 2nd part of week spent with our kids and grandkids. Both groups went to Big Buck and loved it...The charcoal grill did great (we may go get one of those now :) )  Deb and Len's private lake beach was just perfect for us. You should hear our granddaughters echo a loon call now. :) This was just a perfect week to gather and escape the realities of this time (covid). The wine you left is my new favorite, once I tried it, I didn't want to share :)  Thank you Deb and Len

Fall cabin getaway
Our group consisted of ten people. Everyone was satisfied with the accommodations, they exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean upon arrival and the home was easy to find. All the special touches (basket of toiletries in each bathroom in case you forgot anything), water and adult beverages in the fridge, and snacks. Would definitely love to make this a yearly trip. Had a little problem with the fridge not getting really cold, but overall, we all had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing your home.

Vacation Cabin Rental
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Uller's Cabin. It was as advertised plus more. Very clean and organized, lots of games for the family, the owners thought of everything. Cabin is secluded and off the beaten path a bit which is exactly what we were looking for. Within short driving distance of many things to see and do in Michigan. Would highly recommend this cabin for vacation or a quick getaway!

Overall experience was good. All beds are not queen size as described in the listing. Lawn was not mown and mosquitos were thick; so we didn't spend much time on the deck. The house was very clean and inviting.
