COMMUNICATION Use the booking app AT ALL TIMES to message the host.

CHECKOUT Strictly 10am unless otherwise arranged.

VISITORS No visitors permitted unless by prior arrangement. Parties could result in criminal charges. Unbooked overnight guests will result in cancellation of the booking and immediate eviction.

PARKING In the underground car park on level B3. Car park number C123 (or 109 on printed sign). Lift at far end of the B3 level.

POOL/GYM Use the key fob to access facilities on the first floor. You need to fob to access.

FOOD Help yourself to everything. We don't believe in food waste and leave non-perishable items left by guests, for other guests to use.

DISHWASHING Please do your dishes before checkout.

LINEN The linen is supplied by a professional laundry service.
Please do not, under ANY circumstances wash our sheets or towels.

CLOTHES WASHING Washing machine available. Isolator switch for powerpoint near washing machine is in the hallway.

SMOKING Outside only. Use ashtrays provided.

WASTE Please use the rubbish chute in the waste room on the first floor to dispose of your rubbish. Door has sign "refuse" on it.

ISSUES Let us know if you have any maintenance concerns. The sooner we know about problems the sooner we can fix them. Often guests only report issues in reviews and we don't see them for two weeks. We thrive on feedback so please help us help keep this property in top condition. Please note rudeness of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate cancellation of your booking.

Dissapointing stay
We booked this property for a 2 night stay. Parking was included however access to the secure area was obstructed as the remote was not working and we were not able to have immediate contact with anyone to assist. After one hour of waiting in the carpark we recieved a response resultingin not being able to access the designated car space, parking in another spot and hoping we didnt get a fine or towed away.The unit itself was clean, dark with not alot of natural and sparsley decorated. The only view is across the laneway of the neighbouring concrete building. There was no hair-dryer available despite being listed and once alerted no effort was made to make one available. The TV was difficult to use and kept turning itself off. Unfortunately the pool water was too cold to swim in. We decided to not stay for our second night finding a hotel close by that was cheaper, brighter with a sea view and a hair-dryer. Unfortunately we will not be booking this place again .

Fantastic
Excellent apartment located in great apartment block. Generous size; comfortable; clean; well equipped; contemporary and stylish; excellent location. We would stay again and are happy to recommend this apartment to others. Demerit points: *we could not get free to air local tv (ie ABC news) on the smart television.. perhaps we were not smart enough. *waking up to the noise of the garbage trucks

My stay was simply amazing. The unit has a real homely feel, very relaxing which is just what I was in great need of during my stay. I,m grateful for finding this peaceful retreat. The host Eve was simply superb , very accommodating, friendly and caring. My one wish would’ve been to meet Eve to personally say how thankful I was and will always be. I sure hope to return one day.
