Stores nearby, easy garage underground parking for 30 francs. Check in/out was easy. About a 20 min walk to the English garden and Old Town. Rooms we had were bigger than expected and comfortable beds.

Convenient location take bus just 2 stops from the central train station or walk to hotel just take 15 minutes from station. Quiet and safe community. The hotel facilities are very modern and clean. The clerks are very friendly and helpful!

Our review would have been better however on our arrival day (and late into the evening) we found hairs in our bedsheets and in the towels. The room had not been completely cleaned although room and bathroom themselves were clean. Night manager very apologetic and changed the bedding & towels almost immediately. Compensation for hotel night stay was not forthcoming, but offered accor hotel membership with benefits and additional points from this stay. Hotel overall is pretty good with breakfast restaurant and bar facility + outside patio area to rear. Convenient to Geneva Cornavin Train Station with bus services. Easy walking distance United Nations, botanic garden and down to the lake.

Geneva at Ibis

The location of the hotel was perfect for our plans. The bar and restaurant were inviting although we didn't use them. The ATM in the lobby was very helpful. The room was okay. There was not enough light in the bathroom, no hand towels, and no wash cloths. There was no shelf in the shower to place items. The air conditioning worked but it was very minimal. The mattress for the bed did not fit the base; there was about 6 inches of mattress hanging off that caused discomfort as well as not being safe! I practically fell out of bed because the bed dropped off! I requested an additional pillow, towels, and sheet and had to ask 3 times before they finally arrived.
