Great option for spending a couple of days in Geneva near the airport. Our room was very nice, the rates very reasonable, and we were amazed at how quiet it was for being next to the airport. A great bonus was having the public transit pass with the room! We traveled all over the city with it. Although the breakfast bar was not included with our rate, we paid the 24CHF for it one morning and were extremely pleased - scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, cereal, breads, and excellent coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Huge suite, spotless, great coffee machine, fridge with bottled water and a microwave. Huge bathroom, electric shutters on the windows (figured that out by pushing buttons. TV had channels in many languages. English ones are channel 80 onwards. Sauna free and staff at hotel friendly . Shuttle service free and fab, just set off early for your flight as it gets busy.

Hotel room and around was okay, the only issue I had was the shuttle to the airport which is the main reason I stayed at this place. They do run every 10 min, but there are 3 hotels using the same van. Definitely not enough, people also gets very aggressive trying to get in first. The van driver was really nice though dealing with all the craziness from people. Other than that this hotel is a good option to stay near the airport.

According to my booking confirmation, my Superior Suite rate included "Breakfast Buffet". However, when I went to have breakfast in the morning, after I had already served food onto my plate, the waitress informed me that breakfast was not included and that I had to pay for it. I clearly told her that breakfast was included in my reservation, as stated in my Expedia confirmation. She then checked with the reception and came back insisting that I had to pay. The situation was embarrassing and time-sensitive, and I had to leave to my work without eating breakfast, despite having already paid for a rate that includes it. This caused: Direct loss of a service that was included in the rate I paid; Unnecessary stress and embarrassment in front of staff and other guests; Disruption of my schedule, as I left for my meetings without having breakfast.
