Hotel is clean with a great staff the location is good, my only big disappointment was the limited parking at the property. We were there four nights and had a horrible time finding parking in the streets, this ruined our plans for visiting areas around Genova. If you are arriving with out a vehicle it’s a very good hotel.

Close to everything.
The hotel is in the middle of everything, lots of restaurants, cafe and shopping. Walkable to Piazza de Ferrari, Cathedral of San Lorenzo, old port, porta soprana and Christopher Columbus' house. Since it was Christopher Columbus day on October 12, we were able to see the parade. Clean, and spacious room and staffs were helpful.

One night stay at B&B Hotel Genova City Center
One night in this Hotel and it was perfect for us. Ideally located to visit downtown Genova, in a quite safe neighborhood. The entrance is not obvious to identify when following GPS on a dark rainy night (we were told agreement with the city to place a visible sign has yet to be obtained). The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In fact they gave us a bit of leeway with check out time because they wanted to ensure we fully enjoyed our visit of their city. It does not seem like much, but it removed enough pressure on our timing. We would recommend.

Amazing, strongly recommend
I loved everything about this hotel. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, clean, quiet. Even tried to book this hotel chain in Firenze for the rest of our trip but it was full. The only thing that you have to be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs to get to the place (there is a city elevator outside you can take but as a first timer to the city, we didn't know).

We stayed on the ground floor of the hotel but the reception was on the fifth floor. There was an entrance/exit door on the ground floor that was unattended all day until night time when it was locked. We felt insecure about this as anyone could enter the building without the staff knowing. Doing laundry in the basement with both the elevator and stairs close to that door was scary. Apart from that the hotel facilities were ok. The location is good.
