Great place to stay, loved the room, people were lovely. But this isnt a b&b. Breakfast wasnt a breakfast at all. No ceral, friut, toast. Packaged buns of some sort that were terrible. So great place to stay but no breakfast

Centrally located, a little hard to find. Room was very big, great view. Hostess very helpful. Parking is free at night. Breakfast is basic.

Despite contact, unable to meet to check in. Owner had an emergency and requested we wait aboit 1/2 hoir. After waiting over about 1.5 hours we still were waiting in the heat and finally made other lodging arrangements as the building was locking up. "Desk" and contact spoke very limited english. A major reason for booking was the free parking. This "free parking" was available only from 9 pm - 7 am. We paid for parking while waiting for our contact and wasted time and energy in the heat rather than exploring the beautiful city

The room was spacious,modern and clean, however there was no air conditioning so we had to leave the window open at night (peak of summer) which got a little noisy. However the breakfast was lovely and they were happy to help. The only thing to be wary of is it is a little confusing to find.

On arrival we were told we had to stay in a separate building about 400m away from the original hotel, we were told this was due to a problem with the bathroom but I believe it’s because the room was double-booked as we saw another couple using the room we were eventually given. The room we got given was not ready on our arrival which was frustrating. We then transferred back to the main building for a second night and the room there was great although only one set of towels had been left and the second set (which we were told would be dropped shortly) arrived at 2300 that evening. We were met in the mornings by the daughter who was lovely but the hostess wasn’t seen very much. This is more like a apartment rental than a b&b. Overall we felt like we were an inconvenience throughout the stay.

Stort och rymligt rum. Värden var trevlig och tillmötesgående samt gav all viktig information kring boendet. Bra lösning med frukosten som åts i cafeet precis vid boendet. Enkel men bra frukost, gitt kaffe och fantastiska croissanter.

Pensavo di aver preso una camera con 2 letti singoli e bagno privato. Mi sono ritrovato con il letto matrimoniale e bagno in comune. Nel ricontrollare la prenotazione questi particolari non vengono specificati. L'host da la colpa ad expedia. Io non so di chi è la responsabilità ma conunque non ho gradito.

Alloggio discretamente pulito e silenzioso. Il bagno è minuscolo, senza bidet e IN CONDIVISIONE con le altre stanze, cosa che, secondo me, non è sufficientemente evidenziata nell'annuncio! I servizi elencati nell'annuncio (frigorifero, tv, scelta cuscini..)se ci sono, NON SONO NELLA CAMERA! Arredamento della camera molto kitsch. Buona e abbondante la colazione servita nel bar sotto casa, molto gentile la ragazza del bar. Non consiglio questo alloggio, per la cifra pagata si trova di meglio.

Chambre idéale pour la visite de Gênes !
Très bon accueil et chambre spacieuse et bien équipée avec un grand lit confortable, un réfrigérateur et un four à micro-ondes. Localisation parfaite en plein centre-ville avec une vue magnifique. Boutiques, bar et restaurants à 2 minutes à pied ! A recommander sans hésiter !

Chambre d'hôtel très grande, confortable et propre. Belle vue de la fenêtre. Le seule bémol c'est que la salle de bain et les toilettes sont commune avec les autres clients. Mais malgré ce fait, la salle de bains était propre et ça nous a pas forcément dérangé beaucoup. Le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable
