Wonderful Hotel.....Just 4 minutes walk from Genova Brignole train station...15 minute walk to Port. Reception staff friendly and helpful...with fabulous restaurant recommendations. Rooms spotless as is the whole hotel! Absolutely loved the old lift! Highlight of hotel for sure! Only thing i didnt like is large rugs in lounge area as they are a trip hazard... but overall a fabulous stay and wouldnt hesitate to return!

Astoria hotel is a Yes for your Genova stay.
Excellent location near the main train and the shopping and tourist attractions. Very walkable city. Room spacious old world feeling but very modern. Loved the antique, early 1900’s Otis elevator, a one of a kind. Lobby very pleasant.

Over all really good, some of the cleaning staff didn’t speak English but google translate came in handy. The front main doors get locked late at night but someone is always at reception to let you in. Felt very safe
