Over all really good, some of the cleaning staff didn’t speak English but google translate came in handy. The front main doors get locked late at night but someone is always at reception to let you in. Felt very safe

Great base for exploring Genova!
Very clean, beautiful, and well-located hotel. It has old world charm but rooms are modern and kept incredibly clean. City centre is a short and easy 10 min walk.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. My only complaint was the shower in 1 of the 2 rooms we reserved was extremely small and the door did not close properly so water went everywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again without any hesitation

The best property with the nicest staff who helped us out when we accidentally left our papers in the safe. Went back several days later and everything was perfect! Stayed again for another night.
