Excellent place to stay very highly recommended
Firstly communication from owners Georgia and Peter was exceptional. The property location is perfect being a short walk to top of main St and in a beautiful tree lined street. And the ambiance and facilities magnificent, we loved the history and charm with all the facilities needed including nice welcome and generous breakfast to prepare in your room as needed. We stayed 2 nights 3-4th may in the Gannon's family suite. Would not hesitate to stay again
Like stepping into another time. The furniture was mostly antique, good kitchen, beautiful garden, lovely quiet town. Big supermarket 5 mins walk, large laundromat just round the corner, pub and food shops in easy walking distance. Georgia and Peter went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, provided some food and groceries to get us started and delicious home baked bread, along with lots of info about the area. The location is beautiful, in town but surrounded by mountains and woodlands. Truly lovely people and a totally enjoyable stay.
Everything about our stay was perfect. Georgia and Peter are wonderful hosts who are a credit to Tasmanian and Australian hospitality industry. Our room was extremely comfortable and very well appointed. We have no hrs in recommending this property and hope to visit again!
We loved this old world heritage building the friendly owners who couldn't do enough for us.
Where can you go to stay and get a freshly baked loaf of bread waiting for you. A real treat for sure.
What a little gem in Deloraine. From the lovely welcome and fresh baked bread to the bacon & eggs supplied for your first morning breakfast everything was so welcoming and homely. The beautiful big brass beds that you have to hop up to get into provide a great nights sleep. We had a 2 bedroom suite and provided everything we needed. All the little personal touches added by Georgia and Peter were wonderful. Would definitely recommend Blakes Manor when staying in Deloraine. We will be back.
It was such a wonderful stay. Georgia and Peter were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Never had better hospitality.

Just wonderful, highly recommended Blake's Manor.
Blakes Manor was definitely the best place we have stayed, and we have travelled a lot.
We enjoyed a seft contained heritage unit with fully supplied kitchen, lounge bed room with bacon, eggs, cheeses, crackers, cereal options, butter, jam snd spreads plus fresh milk and fresh juice. On our arrival a beautiful loaf if fresh bread was delivered to us straight from our hosts kitchen . Complimentary chocolates also.
Blake's Manor has a lovely garden with tables and seating available for guests.
Being less than a 10 minute walk to the main street of Deloraine and some lovely cafes, and 5 minute walk to the supermarket the location was perfect.
We plan to stay there again next visit to Tasmania.
The hosts were very friendly, personable and accommodating especially when our flight was late in the evening. The accommodation was very comfortable, cosy & had everything we needed.
Rarely have we seen a property that is as reviewed and more. The accomodation was very comfortable and a generous " do it yourself breakfast "was provided which actually lasted us several days. Our freshly baked bread was offered on arrival and our hosts ensured we had all the information required for exploring the area. Our room was period decorated which was quite unique but contained all the modern comforts. We would certainly return and recommend this accomodation to any travellers.

Heritage stay with super hosts.
Wonderful stay at a divine heritage property. Super hosts who thought of everything down to the finest detail.
The hosts are the friendliest, most accommodating and informative hosts you could imagine. Spent 15 minutes talking to us about the property’s fascinating history and about all the local sites to see and drives to do. They even baked fresh bread for our arrival!
Loved the lovely quiet location and the history of the lovely old building. We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts, Peter and Georgia and really appreciated the extra personal touches eg. lovely fresh home made bread on arrival and a well stocked fridge with a cheese platter and bacon and eggs.
The accommodation was very comfortable and homely with lovely comfortable beds. Would have no hesitation
In recommending this place to family and friends.
Simply the best. Historic property with character and charm. Tastefully decorated and immaculate. Thank-you Peter and Fiona for your warm welcome. Our every need was thoughtfully catered for. Loved our stay, and the yummy freshly cooked loaf of bread was very special.
Beautifully restored place. We loved the room and bathroom and the hosts were very warm and welcoming. We had a lovely breakfast with freshly baked bread, enough to take with on the road. The location is perfect, close to the river where we saw a platypus.
