Modern high-rise hotel at the south edge of Old Town. Right next door to several shopping malls and to Noordin Street. Very convenient to Thaipussam celebrations many of which take place right in front of the building. Armenian Street is about 15 minute walk. Beautiful views of Georgetown from club-level floors and from the lounge itself. Main breakfast restaurant was very busy, perhaps because of the ongoing Indian festival.
The room is spacious,clean, nice bed, bathroom is spacious, good breakfast, the staffs are very friendly,nice,helpful,courteous,with smiling faces. Close proximity with the mall, bus station, very convenient.
Excellent location in the heart of George Town! Staff provided excellent service and was especially helpful with helping me book an outstanding tour of the city! Would highly recommend this hotel!

Clean room, well-appointed with good room service every day. Hotel location is walkable to historic centre but aside a busy road which can be hard to cross at times. Pool area leaves a lot to be desired, very basic with worn out chairs. Good breakfast options.

The stay was good overall, and I was satisfied with most aspects.
The counter staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. Their service was greatly appreciated.
However, the operator customer service was rude and often sarcastic, which negatively impacted the experience.
The housekeeping service did not replenish the tissues, which was a minor inconvenience.
The pillows were too soft for my preference.
