We thought club staff superb,helpful,engaging and friendly. 23rd night room service was very late arriving and partially cold. I day our room was not made up also and we had been out for at least 4 to 5 hours. Likely teething troubles of a new hotel... Sea View rooms view is fantastic.

A convenient and lovely place to stay in Penang. Easy to get a Grab or be dropped and picked up. Every staff member I encountered was a delight to interact with. I love the sea view which is at the less built up end of Gurney Drive. M Club was the cherry on the cake where the service, food and drinks were excellent. Turn down service always left a little sweet treat. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to Shane and the team.

Excellent service and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff - special mention to Intan who checked us in and ensured my family had adjacent views. Even the top brass; Mr Ken Thien, was at the lobby and breakfast buffet engaging guests and providing recommendations, where to eat, how to get there, offering me an umbrella. They deserve more than 5 stars really. Kudos to them team including Basil, Faris, and the rest (apologies, some names were missed!)

The room door is not soundproof and it is very noisy. I was awakened 3 times during my nap. I called the front desk to ask for a room change but waited for 2 hours but no response. I went to the counter downstairs to ask for a room change again but the front desk said they would check and no response at all. I felt like I was staying in a 2-star hotel!
