This hotel is terrible. Can't believe so much has changed in a year. The ONLY reason I would stay there again is for cricket events, it's convenient for us to just walk over to the stadium. There are lots of food options in the area. Upon checking in, the room was not clean properly, the sheet on the bed had holes, bathroom wasn't clean, hand sink wasn't draining properly, the floor had sand, the TV wasn't working most days and when it was "fixed" most times we can hardly watch it, lots of scrambling. The bed was comfortable. The pool looks nice and clean but didn't use it. The free breakfast has limited choices and most mornings there were not enough food for guests. Housekeepers never have clean towels, they will take the dirty towels from us approximately 10:00am and we had to call front desk 2 to 3 times before we can get clean towels.  Special shout out to two helpful and amazing staffs; Rohini and Amanda from the front desk. The hotel is understaffed. Major improvements are needed.

Don’t waste your money to stay here. This place turned in a run down motel. For the money we paid per night here we could Of stayed at a 4 star hotel. We had two rooms booked and both rooms we had the same problem. The rooms and mattress were dirty, the mattress has yellow/brown stains on them, we saw a roach in one of the bathroom. Our room door never worked with the room key, room service always had to help open the door or I would have to go down to the lobby everytime. My family and I stayed here for 5 days and not one day they came and clean our room, we waited over 8 hrs for clean towels. I will never stay here again.

We stayed there for 5 nights and the don’t clean the rooms. It’s really run down. It’s upgrading desperately. During the morning, the staff pass around to collect all the dirty towels but then they don’t replenish them. We usually have to ask them to bring and it takes another hour. The stay was terrible. The only reason why we kept staying here is because it’s closed to everything. The cricket stadium is a walk away and GT is a 15 minutes ride. Other than that, even the breakfast quality is no good anymore.

We have always stayed at this hotel due to the great continental breakfast and decent price. The manager at the front desk is great and always addresses our concerns. Would suggest a refresh of the bathroom shower for sure. Other than that clean rooms, bring wash cloths as those seemed to be limited for some reason. Walking distance to a grocery store which is great as well.

The overall experience was excellent. The food was great. Service was excellent. The front desk staff and the security officer were perfect and professional. I felt safe and protected when I saw the security. The security did his job up to paar at all times, even when there were lots of people coming into the facility. He knows his job and did a great job.
