This hotel is a MUST!
This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was wonderful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the common areas were absolutely beautiful! There were so many nice touches, such as a cocktail at check in, and blankets and hand warmers while sitting outside. The staff was kind and hospitable. It was a fantastic value for the amenities offered.

A unique boutique hotel right in the Main Street. Lots to do and walking distance to all the sights. Restaurants and cafes are close and parking included which was a bonus. Highly recommend!

We stayed there for our 45th wedding anniversary. The hotel was great along with the room. The staff was friendly and would go out of their way to accommodate us. Will definitely go back to stay again.

Room was very expensive ($575) a night with lousy pillows, no full size mirrors and cheap shower head. Great location and nice staff. Way over priced for Georgetown. For that kind of money I expect something more than what a budget hotel would offer.

A fabulous new boutique hotel with a terrific restaurant - The Independent. Book a stay here and make a reservation for dinner. You will not be disappointed.

Paid for a direct waterview and you had to stand at very corner of window to see! No toiletries what so ever in the room. Air conditioner unit was loud in room which made it impossible to sleep. Sounded like ac units for building were above our room which was room number 307. Bathroom fan was loud and noisy and vibrating, No ice on our floor for drinks. Clean but bare room, with not even a picture on the walls. Not worth the almost 400 we paid. Very disappointed. Front desk was very unhelpful and actually told us misinformation. We asked where Frank’s on front was as we were deciding where to eat dinner and they said it was way down the street on other side, but to dine at their restaurant on property. After eating at their restaurant and walking outside we discovered it was literally next door one hundred feet away! The restaurant, The Independent, was terrible with bad service and food. Not worth the price…dine elsewhere.

Wonderful new boutique hotel. Premium vibe with just the right amount of quirky personality to remind you you’re not in a cookie cutter big brand hotel. Attentive staff. Room was simple in a refined way. Our particular view wasn’t great but we knew prior to booking the room that it didn’t have a harbor view. Nice outdoor bar and great outdoor seating area with rocking chairs to take in the harbor view and breeze. Could step up the quality of the bar drinks to match the quality of the hotel itself, too many mediocre premixes and somewhat limited liquor selection, but that’s a minor complaint that stood out mostly because the other elements of the property were more highly elevated.

The room had no refrigerator but I learned that I could request one the 2nd day. It took several hours for delivery. There was no table in the room as shown online. You could drink a drink or coffee but had to hold it. The safe had no instructions provided. There were no drawers in the bathroom vanity. No coffee maker just a water warmer that was limited to 165 degrees. The receipt driven to me at checkout was $105 less than what I paid. Hotel. Com told me no refund as they keep that amount.
