45 minutes to PEI ferry, 45 minutes to Cape Breton. 20 minutes to the university town of Antigonish.

We stayed here as a family. Lovely place with beautiful ocean view and great pool. Everything was really clean and well stocked amenities! Only downside is sandy beaches not that close by if that's what you're looking for

Magical Oasis
What an incredible experience, everything was absolutely perfect and magical for our post wedding recovery. SHAM villa has it all! The story of how this property unfolded was so heartwarming. Our host is truly one of a kind, sending us welcome messages and sunset pictures prior to our arrival with all of the instructions. We got to enjoy remarkable sunsets and an evening of comet shower and northern lights radiating through the sky. This property provides all the amenities, outdoor dining, swimming pool ,ocean views and comforts of home. It was hard to leave to say the lease. We will certainly stay here again!! Thank you, SHAM Villa for the memories created while staying at your beautiful property.

Great views and tons of amenities. The herb garden added to our dinners. Annmarie was a wonderful host and provided us a great deal of assistance getting checked in early. The cocktails around the pool at sunset were priceless.

Amazing host and comfy immaculately clean house with a salt water pool!
We LOVED our stay here. We arrived to a warm welcome with wine, chocolates and a welcome sign! Our host was so nice, and communications with her were seamless. The house was really comfy with everything we needed - great bed included and a well-appointed kitchen! The salt water pool, with views over the ocean, was really special. There are solar lights outside that just make the place magical at night, and beautiful lights from Bali on the inside. There's plenty to do in the area too, from gorgeous nearly empty beaches to hiking to good restaurants - and a fun gin distallery. For anyone who likes birds, bring your binoculars! Cedar waxwings are everywhere, as well as an array of warblers and a resident bald eagle. Staying here was a real treat!!!

The property is amazing. The pool, the house, everything is well appointed and you can tell a lot of love was put into the property. The sunsets were beautiful.
