The space
Our stunning 4-bedroom luxurious lakehouse is located in a private and recluse neighborhood on Lake Simcoe in Keswick, and is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the City. We are conveniently located close to Walmart, Sibbald Point, Jackson's Point, and within minutes golfing, parks, walking trails, beaches, cafes, restaurants, and of all your commercial needs.

The open-concept design on the main level is flooded with natural light thanks to the seven sky lights floor to ceiling windows that offer spectacular views of the lake and picturesque sunsets.

The kitchen offers all the amenities of home including modern, stainless steel appliances and a pantry with all your basic essentials.

The kitchen opens up to the dining area with a beautiful, modern stone table that can accommodate five people. The living room is bright and spacious with a large 5 person sectional and further space for the entire group to relax and unwind. The room also offers a gas fireplace and a Smart Samsung HDTV.

The Cottage has four bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and is located on the main floor with a stunningly modern 3 piece ensuite. The main floor also boasts another beautiful bedroom with a bunkbed (perfect for kids), and a large breathtaking Office workspace with an unmatched lakeview, and a beautiful armless chaise lounge.

The basements boasts two bedrooms equipped with queen beds with closets and dressers and an additional private Office Workspace area. The basement also offers an entertainment room equipped with a 85 inch Smart TV, XBox, and a pingpong, foosball, mini pool and air hockey table present and plenty of activities inside the house.

The lakehouse is equipped with many amenities you may need, including dishes, cutlery, appliances, cooking basics, and more. All you need to bring is the food you plan on eating and any condiments you require.

Please make sure that you are respectful of our neighbours. Many people live here year-round and we want to make sure we are being good neighbours. There is absolutely no loud music or abrasive drinking behaviour tolerated.

The lake is shallow for the first 10-15 feet and gets slightly deeper afterwards. Children must be supervised AT ALL TIMES while swimming. Soft bottom walkout, water shoes are recommended.

For those looking for winter adventures, and are so inclined may partake in cross-country ski trails, ice fishing and snowmobiling.

・Maintain a peaceful environment for all guests by refraining from loud noise outside after 9 pm. Please be considerate of your neighbours and respect their privacy.

・Kindly ensure that all garbage is kept inside the property during your stay and properly disposed of before checking out.

・The lake and beach area are not supervised by lifeguards. Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the lake. For guests under 18 years old, please ensure they are supervised by their guardians while using the lake.

・Smoking is strictly prohibited in the lakehouse. Any and all smoking must occur outside the lakehouse.
