Enjoy a relaxing stay in this functional holiday apartment in Germignaga (Varese), which is located in a residence with a pool that you share with the other guests. The quiet location and proximity to Lake Maggiore make it a suitable choice for a relaxing holiday. The interior of the holiday apartment is practically furnished. The living and sleeping area is open-plan and offers a seating area, a dining area and a small kitchen. The furniture is simple but functional, so you can spend a pleasant time here.

The well-kept outdoor area of the residence invites you to linger. Relax by the pool or use the direct access from the park of the complex to a pedestrian path that leads along the lakeshore. A children's playground is also located near the pool and offers entertainment for the youngest guests.
