Villa Yudhistira is a luxurious beachfront rental / rental villa in North Bali and is the ideal place for a wonderful and unforgettable tropical vacation. The unique Balinese atmosphere is combined with modern comfort. With the inviting pool, tropical gardens and endless views over the Bali Sea Villa Yudhistira is the ideal place for a relaxing luxury vacation for up to 6 people. The villa is located on the beach in Brong Bong, a village near Seririt and Lovina, where you can find many restaurants and bars.
The friendly staff of Villa Yudhistira has been carefully selected and is professionally trained. Our goal is to provide our guests a memorable stay by combining the luxury and comfort of the best hotels with the freedom and privacy of a private villa.

Northern Bali Beach Experience
This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and it did not disappoint again for our 12 day stay. From ease of booking to Denpasar Airport transfers to effortless check in to clean spacious 3 bdrm villa to great staff to prime location on The northern BrongBong beach - all equals an overall wonderful holiday experience. If you have been to the usual southern Bali stays at Kuta, Legian, Seminyak or Canggu, this northern Bali beach villa stay is a must to enable experiencing a different style of Bali holiday.. The villa staff make the stay very easy - great cooks, great hosts with local information- all in a modern style luxury villa. Great location for easy drives to local areas / Seririt, Lovina, Singaraja, Pemuteran. Highly recommend Villa Yudhistira to enhance all aspects of your relaxing Bali getaway

Relaxing Time
We had a wonderful, private, 7 day stay. The location is secluded and I would imagine difficult to find if you’re not local to the area, so, I would highly recommend coordinating pickup and drop off with house manager at the very least. We opted to hire the driver that is offered by the owner and were happy we did. With very short notice he was available to take us wherever we wanted to go (Lovina Beach, water falls, trips to ATM, markets, etc…). We also visited a small grocery store that offered many imported options like beer, wine, hard alcohol, cheeses, cereals, sunscreen, shampoo, and the like. So, you should be able to find most of what you would need there. The check in was ultra smooth even though I made changes to our original pickup location and time. The house manager Budi was very responsive and someone was there to meet us when we arrived and show us the basics of the house even though we arrived well past midnight. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and made the most delicious meals to our liking. They were unobtrusive and yet, always available. I didn’t find them to be loud or problematic at all. If you’re looking to enjoy uninterrupted time together with loved ones with the option to disconnect from the outside world, this is the right choice. There is one small television in the living room, but, we never used it.

Gorgeous home on the beach with beautiful pool. Wonderful staff available at all times who kept the grounds spotless and cooked many delicious meals for us. Jumped on a boat in the morning to watch the dolphins swim. Highly recommend this rental home.

Villa Yuhistira Stay on Bali's Northern Beaches
We have been to Bali dozens of times and always stayed in the traditional tourist areas of Seminyak, Canggu, so though we would give the Northern Beached region a go. WELL, what an extremely amazing choice this was, as the Villa Yudhistira experience was AMAZING. The villa, villa location, villa setting and most of all the local villa staff made this 10 day break one of our best ever. The villa itself is nestled on the beachfront in the Brongbong Village area, not far from Seririt (15 mins by car), Lovina (30 mins) and Singaraja (45 mins). The villa staff are what made the stay exceptional (and we travel a lot) - Budi coordinates any chosen activities and the staff, doing so with a very easy going, approachable manner (very good English). The villa staff had three ladies (Surya, Ewik & Kadek) who cooked all our meals as required, using local ingredients. They were all super friendly, understood our requests and cooked some great local dishes. Not to mention they also quietly kept the villa looking immaculate. There is also Kormang the gardener who daily maintains the pool and spacious garden area. This villa stay would certainly rank up there as the best we have had in Bali, across decades of travel there. We loved it so much this time that on the last day, we rebooked Villa Yudhistira for two weeks in October 2024. This is more than a villa stay - it can be described as a villa stay with local "family", genuinely ensuring that the guests have the optimal Bali experience.

Announced was cooking, the food they made was without Taste, sometimes bought in a shop. Therfore we had to more of 90 % of our stay outside dinner.The staff during the day was extremely loud, really disturbing,thus we send them early home,generally at about 11.30.

Amazing home, spacious, clean. Amazing staff- our flight was delayed making our arrival at the property almost midnight. Everyone qas there to meet us witha hot meal! Helped get our bags in and everything. Coordinated with ua for our every need! Its an amzi g place to unwind. My kids loved the pool and veach. Food was amazing! Location is good if you want to just stay in ...if not its a littls farvto drive everywhere. Ovwrall cant aay enough good things!

Beyond Expectations!
We were 3 couples (50's - 60's-from Calgary, Canada) on a long awaited trip to Bali. After the busy and crowded tourist hubs in the south, we chose the Lovina area as it was described to be "peaceful, low-key and far off most travellers' radar"...exactly what we were looking for! The villa was exceptional! Spacious, well maintained and very private. We were spoiled by Surya, Kadek and Dewi preparing all our meals- we had the best array of true Bali dishes and had no desire to head out for meals. Much to my surprise, Surya baked me the most delicious birthday cake at her home and brought it to the villa on her scooter! She and the ladies always went over and above with everything they did:) The best was the outdoor living with a beautiful view of the sea by the pool, sitting areas and dining (and massages!) Highly recommend having a driver for the week/ Dede (Kadek) took us on a few excursions, and was available at all times. Paul (owner) made the booking process simple and responded to all enquires with much appreciated detail. We learned that the staff has been with him for many years, and their loyalty is a clear indication of what a good person he is, and how happy they are taking such good care of the villa and guests. Despite travelling so far from Canada, I hope we have an opportunity to be back again!

Prepared to be Pampered
Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff was kind and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations on places to go. They cooked for us, they cleaned and the overall environment was peaceful and restful. At the staffs recommendation, we visited the waterfalls, the Buddhist temple, and went out on a dolphin watch. Everything was arranged for us. Certainly not a typical vacation for us from the US, but so enjoyable as the start of our Bali adventure. The communication was great with the owner and the staff, I cannot say enough good things about. Our safety and comfort was their a priority. Highly highly recommend. I wish I could have stayed there for a month.

Great spot in North Bali
If you are going to North Bali, make sure you try this villa out. The villa is nice with a great view of the ocean. Staff there is very helpful and cooking good meals. Many thanks to Surya, Kadak, and Ewak for taking care of us in the villa. Budi, the manager, was also very helpful, visited us daily to make sure things were all good. The driver, Deta, is also very good, taking us to places and provided info on Balinese culture. The owner Paul is also very responsive. I will recommend this place to friends and family.

What a great place to stay! The villa is beautiful! It was nice to have the pool and to be on the water! The gardens around the property were beautiful and well taken care of. The best part of our stay was the unbelievable care from the staff! They welcomed us upon arrival and we’re there to see us off. Awesome Villa with Superior Staff
Our 8-night stay in the villa was wonderful. The house is spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The view of the ocean is fabulous, the pool simply amazing. Having massages on the Bale benong (the lounge bed next to the ocean) incredibly relaxating! The best part of our stay way interacting with the staff who were all super friendly and attentive. Buddi, the property manager stopped by every morning to check on us and see if there was anything we needed. The food far exceeded our expectations. It was obvious that the ladies who cooked for us were eager to please us with every meal. We used the driver recommended by the host, Dharma, who was fantastic. He was anxious to show us the Balinese culture he so obviously loved. He answered all our questions about Bali’s history and the Hindu culture and traditions with the utmost patience. We returned home with a great appreciation for the beauty of the island and the Balinese people. We highly recommend staying at the Villa…you will not regret it.

Loved It!
Even better than the beautiful and peaceful location of the villa was the beautiful people of Bali! The villa was a perfect fit for us, 2 couples travelling to our bucket list location of Bali. We loved the location away from the tourist side, exactly what we wanted, we learned so much about Bali life and met many lovely people while we explored the area. The staff, or new friends as we now call them, were much appreciated. Every effort was made to make our stay the best. Surya made the most delicious meals and we felt spoiled by how well we were looked after. Our driver Kadek took us to some beautiful spots, always safely amid the chaos of scooter traffic! Dream vacation turned nightmare
I hate writing negative reviews. Just want to enjoy my vacation that I planned for ages. This was it, but this just started off badly, and although many aspects of the house were great, many were not and this is where things became untenable for me. Got delayed flying over and ended up in airports or on planes for about two days straight. Getting to the villa proved difficult as the taxi driver got lost trying to find it. Calling the property manager and asking if there was a key pad or a code I should know to get in the villa, kept responding relax relax. It’s hard to relax after not sleeping for so long. They had the staff waiting to cook us food, so it’s a perfect representation of the house. A nice surprise turned into an aggravation. Got locked out my first night going for late swim. The patio door had a lock at the bottom that if you close the door to hard, it turns and falls into place. Had to call security who didn’t speak English and put a ladder against the bathroom wall and told me to climb. Ended up falling and hurting myself and had to go to two hospitals, wonders response was it was my fault for this or that reason. Even though I sent a video of the door lock not working properly. The broken lights all outside were replaced that second day though. They turn off your AC no matter if you go to the pool or out for the day. So even though it’s 95 degrees Fahrenheit all day, you return to a house that is equally as hot so the owners can save on money. This stinks to return to a hot villa at night when you’ve been sweating all day. Third night, my partner freaked out because he saw two men walking around late at night. They had taken the ladder from the first night and positioned it against his bathroom wall. Regardless to say we all freaked out and barricaded the doors. I called the property manager who told me this was the security for the street and again just to relax, relax. So these two guys in hoodies and smoking cigarettes are meant to be outside your bedroom at midnight. Again no communication that this was a thing. Location is cool if you plan to relax and stay in most days. But the temples and shadow plays and scuba and everything are all a few hours away no matter what. So plan accordingly. Ended up leaving about four days early on my dream vacation to go seek medical aid back home for my hip. The staff were great and the house was lovely, but too much stress and hassle for my vacation.

Perfect Holiday
“Wow” was the word each of us said as we arrived in the villa and it only got better. You need to stay here to appreciate how wonderful it is. All communication was excellent and once we arrived Surya, Kadek and Ewik looked after us and provided lovely breakfasts and lunches and the best dinners. We also made use of the driver for our stay. He took us on some lovely trips and days out and into Lovina on an evening. The villa is about 3 hours from the airport but definitely worth the journey. We spent most evenings at the villa for dinner as everyone preferred Surya’s cooking! All in all this villa and the lovely people that looked after us provided us with the perfect holiday and we very much hope to return one day.

Stunning accommodation, host and staff
Family of four from Canada enjoyed our stay immensely in March 2020. Host was very accommodating and caring changing reservations to assist our unexpected disruptions in travel. We had a wonderful stay, the staff were lovely and accommodating and the property itself is stunning. It’s a little far and remote but exactly what we needed. It meant we spent more time having lovely dinners and conversations at home and lots of massages and yoga classes. 14/10 would go again next year

To put it short 10 + Stars! Where do we begin? Well maybe we should start with “Swastyastu” as we were coached  Right from the beginning, Paul the Villa owner was extremely responsive to all of our VRBO enquiries going over and above to respond back to us in detail and in a timely manner. Paul proved to be a man of high integrity as everything turned out exactly as promised and/or more. We had the honour of experiencing his hospitality, generosity, and genuine care that our time in both his villa and Bali was more than we dreamed. The villa staff are more than AMAZING! Surya, Kadek and Ewik were exceptional cooks, flexible and always willing to do anything to put a smile on our faces! Rather than select our meals we had them surprise us daily with their creations; we were not disappointed! The girls provide a relaxing massage on the baelong as you listen to the ocean. Kumong beautifully maintained the property. Budi the manager checked in on us daily and even helped our family have a unique session with a Hindu priest. Our private driver Yus safely shuttle us around to explore and learn about Bali was like having a tour guide, interpreter, cultural coach and merchandise negotiator all in one! His knowledge, passion, character and sense of humor will not be forgotten. The entire Villa staff all truly helped coordinate our perfect family vacation, with numerous options of local and/or distant excursions that was specifically tailored to our children 12 & 17 as well as my wife and I. The Villa itself is more than advertised. The house is spacious, spotless; the inside and outdoor furniture layout is extremely functional combined with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The private pool area, views and the baelong were absolutely treasured. The location of the Villa is perfect and within short distance to Seririt, Lovina and Menjangan Island, well away from the busy crowds. The black sand and warm calm waters of the ocean were second to none with views of fisherman and pods of dolphins. Peace and serenity here. Being Canadian and having travelled around the world there is no doubt in our minds that not only will you be treated to an exceptional beachfront Villa, authentic delicious food; but it is the amazing staff that are the “X” factor as they will ensure you experience Bali and its special culture in ways not possible anywhere else. Needless to say we gained a Bali family and a new favorite vacation destination! Suksma
