Everything was great EXCEPT for the housekeeping staff. On the day off the checkout they tried to get in 3 DIFFERENT TIMES!!!! THE DO NOT DISTURB card was hung onthe door,we had filled out the survey for a 11:30 checkout. It all started at 9:30. Other then this problem we would stay there again.

Hotel was about 10 min drive from Gettysburg town so was convenient for us. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Check in and out was quick and front desk hotel staff was nice. However, we had really rude staff at the breakfast, who essentially ignored me while I was waiting to be served. After waiting several minutes, I eventually asked one of them where I could sit and she said they were too busy, and that I should just take food and eat in my room, even with plenty of open tables available. I told her I couldn’t do that because we were checking out but she didn’t seem to care. Then she started yelling at another staff member in front of me and left me standing there without acknowledging me or giving me any direction on where to go. I’ve never experienced something like it. It was extremely unprofessional and I would never stay here again because of that.

The hotel was very nice, and the rooms were well designed. The only bad thing was the mattresses were awful. The seemed to old and worn out.

My grandson and I truly enjoyed our stay. Front desk was awesome at check in. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Bed's were comfortable and the towels were soft to the touch.

Property was very clean and very nice. However our room was unbearably hot. I complained and offered a free breakfast for the next day. I was told they would fix it the next day. However nothing was fixed and the room was even hotter the second night even after closing the blinds and drapes all day long. I said something again and was told they would take some off of the bill but unfortunately nothing was done
