Room was fine, clean. Restaurant was nice with good service. Safety was my concern. After check in my 2 girls & I were in our room when a man walked in. The front desk gave him our room key. I went down & asked the front desk to make sure it was block as occupied. I was traveling alone with my little girls, & it made me extremely uncomfortable. They said it had been corrected & that they were going to comp a night. We came back to the hotel later that evening, and our key card had been deactivated to our room. We had to go back downstairs and have it reactivated which seems simple except that I had two very tired children and very full hands. We had to wait by the front desk and there was no one there to help us for a while. The next morning I came down to check out and we had in fact, not been compensated and charged the full amount. Which is fine, but don’t tell me that one thing is going to happen and then don’t do it. I didn’t even ask. I just signed the bill, thanked them and left.

Clean room but seems to be stuck in the 90s. No USB ports. Small TV. 90s style furniture and mattresses that are old. They give you little bottle of shampoo and shower gel that constantly need replacing just like in the 80s and 90s there are no pump bottles in walk in showers.

The free parking was a great perk! Staff is always curteous, the hours of rhe pool/hot tub allowed for a late evening swim, the bed was super comfortable. Second stay here and would definitely recommend.
