An architectural masterpiece/ best location.
Gorgeous Hotel, in one of Ghent’s most beautiful architectural landmarks. One feels they are staying in a museum of sorts. Perfect location. Bed linens fit for a King. Only drawback was my beautiful shower was up a steep staircase and if your mobility is challenged then this is a huge problem but I’m ever so glad I experienced this gem of an establishment. The staff is fantastic.
Hotel is top two floors of this building.
View from bar and stellar cocktail bartenders whose artistry is mesmerizing.
Hotel bar is second floor with the soaring windows.
You have access to your own private bar and stunningly beautiful room located in a turret.

We had a lovely stay and felt very comfortable. The access to the sites could not have been better. We loved the honesty bar and the ability to come and go privately. It has a great housekeeping staff and the place was clean and smelled great.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Ghent. The building itself is a wonder, a visual highlight in a city of visual highlights. The staff, from check-in to dining, was superb. Everyone smiles, everyone is helpful. A fantastic part of a fantastic trip.

A Must Stay in Gent!
This property has a sophisticated gothic vibe you likely won’t see anywhere else. Design, furnishings, linens, appointments, toiletries are all top notch. The breakfast was served by two of the most adorable and fun young women and was plentiful and delicious. The Post is located in the middle of everything so shops, restaurants, cafes, museums, cathedral are all walkable. AND the whole place was whimsically decorated for Halloween!

We stayed in the tower suite, which is very special, although it is a bit inconvenient to go to the toilet cause you have to climb down 28 steps to go to the toilet at another level. The hotel is near the touristy area. Taxi to the nearest train station only cost €10. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4pm but they offered us free drinks in the bar lounge. Breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful view overlooking the market! The shower in our room was fantastic, with both rainfall shower head and hand held. The water pressure and temperature were excellent! Staff were lovely and accommodating! There is a cozy bar right in the hotel. We loved it!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful architecture, great cocktail bar and the staff are ultra helpful. Rooms are full of character with comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommend and I would love to go back.

It’s an amazing hotel in a historical building. It was originally a post office long time ago. The duplex room is very spacious and lovely with lots of nice decorations. The Saint Nicholas’ Church is literally opposite to the hotel and can be seen clearly through the window of the room. The location is also quite nice, which is right next to the river and in the central area with walking distance to most of the population places. We were very impressed in general.

LOVED this place!!! It has a Harry Potter vibe, in a good adult way! Mysterious dark green walls, cutest antiques and oddities (dried beetles in bell jars)… little snugs with honor bars, Guerlain Eau Imperiale bath products and hotel fragrance! Soft cuddly robes and slippers. Great reads in your room and all about the hotel. Best attentive staff and you are in the middle of everything Ghent!
