This 1,600 square foot home has a stunning view overlooking the Tittabawassee River. With three bedrooms (1 king & 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds in the sunroom, this property will sleep eight. (Eight is the maximum number of people we allow.) There is a large dining room with cozy gas log fireplace to enjoy family meals together. Complimentary coffee bar provided. The finished garage/game room gives you even more room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The large, deep lot has plenty of room for off-street parking. The home has a Generac generator in case of emergencies.
Typically, this body of water is known as Smallwood Lake. Due to severe flooding in May 2020, the dam creating the lake had to be lowered for repairs. We now just have the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River. The pictures shown are of the current water level with a bit of fluctuation in spring/summer. Unfortunately, due to the water level, it's not ideal for swimming and there isn't a way to launch a boat.
Outside you can enjoy the sunset from the gazebo or by sitting around the firepit. We have firewood available onsite for a donation.
