I travel to Chicago multiple times a year, and have hotel favorites for different seasons. The Waldorf Astoria is now our favorite hotel in the city-- across seasons. By chance, my wife and I encountered the hotel manager in the elevator. He was courteous, attentive, thoughtful and made sure that any inquiries were answered and all needs met. The spa was outstanding and the staff was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and the room was beautiful. They were firing on all cylinders. We look forward to our next stay.

Good location, good facility, but room light was broken and fixing up was slow. Early check in and waiting for hotel to text when the rooms ready until I went back to the hotel after 4 pm, and still took time to find the room and luggage was not even delivered properly.
