No one was at the lobby. Waited for 20 min for someone to show up at 1130pm. I was tired and needed to rest but i had to wait and stress myself. In the morning. No hot water. Didn't take a shower. The morning in the lobby said you have to wait up to 7 min for the hot water to kick in. What a joke. Terrible experience. Will not stau there again nor to recommend it .

We loved our stay at this beautiful historic hotel! Despite its age (1893), the hotel has been well maintained and updated. We loved our room - the Molly Brown Suite! Located at the very top of the hotel - it was a small apt with roof access. Loved all the photos in the suite documenting the history of the "unsinkable" Molly Brown. We only stayed one night but really enjoyed our room and breakfast the next morning in the hotel's restaurant. Great service & food. They also accommodated my husband's gluten free needs (celiac) very well.
