Average experience, wouldn't stay again. Couldn't get hold of anyone by phone on day of arrival as kept going to answerphone, TV didn't work (until we got apps going), food & wine very expensive (£30 for a nibbles sharing platter!) and paid for breakfast, but had to pay another £5/head for a full English. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, so can't fault them.

Outdated and not well maintained
I wouldn’t bother. Spa was dirty pool was so filthy I got out after a few lengths and when I mentioned to the staff they said they knew. The room was average but could have done without the mould on the curtains.

Location was good and convenient for motorway. Public areas good and comfortable.Our stay was spoilt by noise on corridors into the early hours of the morning by inconsiderate guests. We reported this at the time and to the duty manager next morning.

Very Nice Hotel overall.
This is a fantastic hotel, I would highly recommend a stay here. The inclusive breakfast was very good but there was a change for some speciality items that you could order off the menu.
