Hotel com estrutura bem mediana , as camareiras foram bem gente boa , mas as atendentes são péssimas , mal educadas , parecem que estão trabalhando obrigadas . Meu check-in atrasou mais de 1 hora .

O pior hotel que já hospedei

O pior hotel que já me hospedei, o quaro até que estava limpo, mas tinha um cheiro de mofo, a TV não funcionava, tinha um guarda roupas pequeno com a porta arrancada que estava encostada na parede, o colchão era horrível, muito mole, e a cama parecia que estava quebrando, ficava rangendo quando a gente sentava, o banheiro é minúsculo o chuveiro era quase em cima do vaso, o chuveiro ficava pingando sem parar. Dos funcionário não dá nem pra comentar a extrema falta de noção.

Assim quando se entra tem uma perspectiva até positiva, mas quando vai aos quartos vê a realidade. As cortinas estavam sujas, as roupas de cama com cheiro ruim e o quarto tinha mofo tanto no banheiro quanto próximo a cama. Pior experiência.

O hotel oferece o básico e é compatível com o preço da estadia. O que foi ruim era o sinal de Internet que, no quarto onde fiquei, era muito fraco, não conseguia abrir se quer uma caixa de e-mail. Mesmo depois de informar à recepção sobre isto, não houve melhora. Na verdade não houve nem mesmo investigação do problema, satisfação ou compensação pelo ocorrido. Escutaram escutaram a queixa, mas não fizeram nada. Fora isto, nada a reclamar.
