Your check in process is too long. We pre-checked in online and still had to wait 30 minutes to get my hotel keys. What was the point of doing a pre-check if we were still going to have to wait so long.

Nice, comfortable hotel - mediocre breakfast
The property & room were comfortable, clean & attractive. I felt safe in the area and the staff was quite polite and attentive. My only issue was with the breakfast. The breakfast area was maintained very well and the items that were available were never allowed to run out. The one issue was with the choice of items. They were quite limited as compared to other hotels we have stayed at. So I would classify the breakfast as only average. The sitting area was really spacious and attractive. So, while the selection was average or even below average, the breakfast facilities compensated a bit for that shortcoming.

We came in about 7:30 pm and had to head to the airport at 3:30 the next morning. Booked the suite. The furniture was very broken down and uncomfortable. At 2:30 in the morning is when I saw that there was ONE coffee packet in the room~ In a suite that was booked for 2 ppl. Called the front desk. She was very pleasant, but couldn't bring it up for us. Very inconvenient.

Had a wonderful stay there recently. We were impressed at how clean, spacious, and comfortable the hotel was. The breakfast options and hours were especially nice. Had a great time with our children!
