Absolute 5/5 in my opinion! Clean spacious rooms, comfortable bed & pillows. Coffee shop right next to main reception. Friendly staff. Loved the access to the level 19 executive lounge, the afternoon canapés oysters on a Saturday night was a nice surprise! The breakfast in the executive lounge was amazing, best selection. Highly recommend this hotel

The room was great! Wit the cyclone, no access to the pool was understandable, but no gym or steam room was only explained by a rude staff member saying 'its not availble', no sorry, a meal voucher or apologies for charging a normal rate and not providing the services advertised. Staff member needs an attitude adjustment too.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Actual rooms are very poorly designed. I would never stay there again as it has absolutely nowhere to put your clothes. All they had is five coat hangers, not a single shelf or drover, not even a hook. I stayed with two kids and our room looked a mess as our clothes was everywhere. We couldn’t even put our swimsuits anywhere in the bathroom as it only had one rack for a towel.

Lovely stay at the Dorsett, the room and location perfect. Unfortunately weather was not on our side. Expected more from buffet breakfast, some lovely local cafes would be better.

We stayed here during the Summer holiday's in exec rooms. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach and some shops. The executive lounge had lovely views, and the food was nice (vegetarian choices were always avaliable) Evening drinks were very early at 5pm and the lounge was very busy with a wait for tables at times. We didn't use the pool as it was very busy and full of screaming kids all day/night. I wasn't impressed with the standard of cleaning in the hotel. A lot of surfaces were dusty and remained so during our stay. Toiletries ran out and weren't replaced until we went out of our way to ask? The table next to the lifts had the same (half drank) cup of coffee there for the entire duration of our stay! The cleaning staff always seemed to be working very hard, maybe they were just understaffed during our stay? The staff in the exec lounge and on reception were great, nothing was too much of an ask.
