Dirty cutlery Dirty toilet lid On arrival just given room number and card No explanation how to get to it so we had to find it ourselves. Didnt want to sleep in a room that didnt look like anything had een done except make the bed. Didnt wanna sleep in it as to how unclean wverything else was

We booked just one night here very last minute. The price was the best we found to suit our needs. The hotel is conveniently located near shops with everything you need. There is also a restaurant within the hotel, which we didn’t try. The room was fairly clean and comfortable and suited us as a family of four overnight (2 x queen beds). The view of the marina from the room was lovely. Overall however, the hotel appeared unkempt and structurally problematic. There were some renovations occurring at the pool, with the pool area looking a bit worse for wear. The lobby was unattended at times and there was a strong smell of mould throughout this section of the hotel. There was visible water damage and mould on a number of the ducted air conditioning vents. With some care and repairs, this could be a lovely place to stay.

No information given at reception. Had to ask directions to room and to parking. Walk from the lift to the room was a maze and long. Room was grubby. Basic things missing, like bath plug. Things advertised that were missing. Someone knocked on the door at 8:30pm talking about wifi. I have very young kids, we were asleep. Pool and facilities were shabby and lots of broken things. Restaurant food was poor, slow and overpriced. Only good thing was the man behind the bar and the wood fired pizza.

Relaxing and Peaceful Environment.
The Hotel is situated in a lovely, peaceful location. The room was spacious with closet space and a well appointed bathroom. I appreciated the dressing mirror provided opposite the microwave/mini fridge.

All the staff at reception were under age. We only saw 1 adult, in housekeeping, during our 5 day stay. There was no daily housekeeping. We put our rubbish bins outside so they would be collected. To receive a clean towel we had to return the dirty ones to reception to exchange them instead of just getting another towel. This was ridiculous as there was no daily housekeeping. Was cheap accommodation so no real complaints. Staff should let guests know that there won't be any daily service to the room. There was a dirty towel and tshirt hanging on pool fence for the 5 days, no staff bothered to remove. Unprofessional establishment but tidy enough s kids enjoyed the pool.

We had to ask where to park, where was our room etc. No directions given automatically, and then due to a language barrier, we were shown the opposite way to our rooms. When we opened the door, I could hardly breathe due to bleach being poured over most surfaces in the bathroom and just left, so I needed to wash everything down and clean it, not game to ask to have it cleaned in case they poured more bleach around. The bar area, garden and surrounds were untidy with rubbish. No one seemed to notice. Really enjoyed getting out and dining at the Thai restaurant which was walking distance along the esplanade. A family business who take pride in their service and food. The opposite to the hotel.
