We had to ask where to park, where was our room etc. No directions given automatically, and then due to a language barrier, we were shown the opposite way to our rooms.
When we opened the door, I could hardly breathe due to bleach being poured over most surfaces in the bathroom and just left, so I needed to wash everything down and clean it, not game to ask to have it cleaned in case they poured more bleach around.
The bar area, garden and surrounds were untidy with rubbish. No one seemed to notice.
Really enjoyed getting out and dining at the Thai restaurant which was walking distance along the esplanade. A family business who take pride in their service and food. The opposite to the hotel.
