When we arrived to check in, we were told the elevator was out of order, we were suppose to be on third floor, we decided to change rooms and they put us in a different building on the first floor. When we arrived in our new room we noticed a note on the patio door informing us that we could not use the patio, supposedly they were doing work on the building which we never did see. The view from our room was the building next door. Our key pad to the garage door from outside only worked the first day and then we had to go into building and walked down to garage door and push button. We had to do same thing when we exiting the garage, get out and push button. When we arrived Sunday we noticed a sign in the hall notifyng us that there was going to be a power outage at 9:30 am on Wednesday, that was the day we were leaving.
So the bottom line is why were we not notified of these changes. We would definitely have stayed in a different hotel.
