Myself and my friend (two girls) were staying in a homely studio apartment at the bottom of the complex, so luckily we had a bit of a sea view from the balcony, but a bit of a climb back to the reception.
We were welcomed by a couple who run the place (and possibly own it). They were absolutely brilliant, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, even though English wasn't their first language. They spent hours trying to sort things out for us (like taxi, etc.) and they looked after us even outside of working hours when needed.
The apartment was clean and cosy. Close to a local supermarket, a restaurant and a beach (50m or so). The wifi was available in the reception only, so we had to use mobile data during the whole trip, not a problem these days, but for some it can be expensive.
There were also additional charges for a set of towels, cleaning, etc., so have it in mind when booking (it has been stated on the hotels page though).
At the time we were staying (mid June), not much was going on (out of season), but it had also pluses, as not many people on the beach. However, it was lacking of a night life and for that you would probably have to go to Porto Rotondo or other resort to find it.
Overall, we had a lovely stay here and we will never forget the kindness of the couple who runs the place. Thank you Simonetta and Stefanos and greetings from Ewa and Agnieszka!
