Huge hotel that had plenty of space with rooms both in a complex and separately as a motel style. There was quite a wait as a large group was checking in just as I arrived, and they seem to have a reluctance to provide a receipt when paid through Expedia group. But friendly enough and a good stay. Very comfortable and warm. Sadly there is a main road nearby that a group decided to use for a burnout competition for about an hour around 1130. Cannot tell if this is a regular occurrence - and if I was in the main complex I probably would not have heard it. Definite option for a stay again next trip.

I have requested clean and quiet room but there's a terrible stain on the carpet. Been looking forward to use their spa but it is not working at all but still put up the sign "for cleaning ", dont think will come back to this hotel again cos the standard totally not up to the "value" i paid.

We had 2 rooms. 1 had clothes hanging in the closet from a previous person. Obviously the cleaning person did not check this. The other room had 2 cleaning rags left on the counter. The rest of the room was clean and seemed fine. Just that the 2 different items seemed strange to be left behind for the next customer.
