The Airstream does not disappoint
Fantastic place to stay. It is a cozy even romatic camper to stay in. Wife and I enjoyed our time there even the one day it rained. Just being in the camper was fun. I have always wanted to spend at least one night in an Airstream, it did not disappoint.

Lovely getaway
The airstream was a great stay, the owner really has made it easy for a couple to relax without bringing a ton of stuff. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen items. We brought food and made almost all of our meals here. The fire pit was lovely and we had a fire going each night. Close to town (Goreville) which had gas/groceries and Whiffleboy's Pizza (highly recommended...try the Buffalo!). About an hour's drive from Garden of the Gods along a lovely country route. Super close to Ferne Clyffe State Park, and 1/2 hour from Giant City. Perfect little RV simple getaway. We stayed on weekdays in the middle of October, and it was very quiet, maybe one other property on the street had people that we saw. Not sure if it is ever full and busy (summer?), but you are next to other properties, so not completely isolated. For us though, it felt like we had the area all to ourselves. Plenty of deer out the backdoor and bluebirds flitting through the trees. Gravel roads around the property, but we managed in a Kia Rio moving slowly. Definitely recommended. Host was lovely and communicative and forgiving of an accidental mirror break. Sorry again!

Loved It!
The camper was so cute and comfy. The only issue was the key in the box to open the camper wasn't the right one and we had to enter the building next door (as directed) and found a key that worked there. After that, it was smooth sailing!

Cozy getaway
It was a little warm... but the camper was well-appointed in a quiet location with nature all around. We enjoyed grilling and sitting out on the deck and figuring out camper living. Lots to do in the area.

Needed to be picked up and organized better. Outside could have left a better first impression. Camper was fine but needed to be cleaned better.

It has potential
We came to hike and that we did. The property itself could use a little help. I would say this is an ok place if you don't plan on spending time at the camper or using after dark. It was a cold when we arrived and had trouble with the lock due to the outdoor temp being 40ish. There are no lights outside of the camper and had to use the truck to shine lights to get everything functioning. Communication with the owner was hard, she did respond to email but it was hours after our outreach. (a contact phone number would of been nice if there are issues) The second night we had no water, it did appear someone came while we were away on Saturday, possibly to check after the lock situation. They had changed the hose and it was not reattached properly. We opted not to try and fix because of the risk to someone else property. *outdoor strand lights *you need to bring firewood *no stove There is a lot of potential for this little place and wish we could have enjoyed it a bit more.

Nice little retreat!
All in all we enjoyed our stay. Communication with the property manager was smooth. She was very responsive and helpful. Only real negative thing was lack of outdoor lighting. We purchased lanterns however and made it work.

This place is a great get-away
Myself, my daughter and her child stayed there to visit family for the weekend and needed a place where my daughter could spread out with her newborn. The airstream was everything we could ask for and more. we didn't get to appreciate the location but my next visit I will definately get out there to explore more. If you love camping and don't have your own RV than this is the place for you. Emily was always there to answer any questions I had for her.

My Parents stayed over for their Anniversary.
My Parents stayed over in the Airstream Camper for their Anniversary. They had a wonderful time and the Camper Great. The camper has a large patio to entertain guests. The inside is clean and set up perfect for two people. I had always wondered what an Airstream camper was like and it did not disappoint.

Great Escape
Everything was wonderful. The host was very responsive with my questions. The neighborhood is quiet and it feels just like you’re camping. Unfortunately it rained and we didn’t get to use all the amenities. We did get to visit a couple state parks and found a small waterfall.

Perfect getaway spot
I enjoyed everything about my stay here. I had never stayed in any kind of RV before, but this one has all the comforts you could ask for. It's in a beautiful location, close to so many places of interest, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. I would love to stay here again in the future.
