Amazing location, great spa and comfortable rooms. The breakfast variety was great and the food delicious. The castle could use some upgrade and a more modern design, but the place is still unique.

Nice building and grounds, and the suite was well laid out with a large bathroom. The room was quiet, even with windows open. The entrance to the suite was through the top of the Orangerie, which had all windows closed and got very stuffy and hot during the day. I recommend that the windows be kept open in the future. The food was OK, but it doesn't appear that there was any organic vegetables/fruit or pastured eggs and meat. Getting to Waren involves a 30 minute bus ride (once an hour) or a 15 minute wait for a ~20 EUR taxi.

The Castle is right next to the lake! Everything is just lovely! We wished we had more time to explore!!

Nice hotel close to the lake but out of date
Nice hotel that is on the shore of a beautiful lake and is also a short drive to many other wonderful lakes. There are also very good hiking routes close by that are very well taken care of that are full of great chances of seeing wildlife. The hotel has quite good sauna facilities that are excellent for a relaxing afternoon. The hotel is a very well taken of but is simply out of date. There is no wifi and the area has bad 3G signal. The room had no safe, no mini bar and old fashioned decor. If you don't this and want to go off-grid we would recommend it. The breakfast is good as well and complete with sparkly wine.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel.

Unser 4. Aufenthalt im Hotel. Der Spa Bereich ist modernisiert und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Saunen teilweise mit Blick auf die Müritz. Die Zimmer in der orangerie benötigen mal eine kleine Renovierung. Die Terrassen hätten Farbe nötig. Das Personal ist wie immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. So wie man es sich wünscht. Besonders die Damen im Frühstücksbereich sind super!

Badezimmer war schlecht, Badewanne und Duschvorhang fanden wir nicht toll, Duschkopf war auch unmöglich. Zimmer war im Erdgeschoß, der Ausstieg auf den Balkon war recht hoch und er hätte sauberer sein können. Ich war das 3. Mal in diesem Hotel und hatte bisher immer schöne Zimmer incl.Bad. Aber dieses Zimmer war eine Note 5

Das Ambiente ist einzigartig , Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend , Sehr guter Service und reichaltiges Frühstücks Büfett. Zur Zeit finden noch Umbauarbeiten statt im SPA Bereich . Für das Krimmi Dinner war der Spiegelsaal etwas zu Klein .
